We have used this service for years, however recently had poor experience with very long delays (weeks) with a parcel that should have arrived in days. While it is possible that some of this lay outside of the control of this carrier, they could improve their customer feedback and should adjust the information they provide to customers accordingly.

Not a good experience this time :-( there seemed to be a communication breakdown between you and Hermes (or whatever they are called these days) … they did not collect when due and whole thing got delayed

I sent 5 boxes to Germany and they didn't arrive at the same time.

The parcel failed to arrive on the specified date. It came the next day. Despite the safe place option we remained home for most of the time due to weather conditions as the contents could have been affected. 2 days effectively wasted.

Paid for next day by 10:30, parcel arrived 3 days later. Interparcel have not offered any sort of credit

Interparcel have always been brilliant but as with anything it’s fine until something goes wrong.. my advice would be to lose Hermes as a courier option. Interparcel’s response to my lost package was “claim on the insurance” and weren’t sympathetic at all. I’ll stick to one or two that I know in future even if it does cost more.

Insurance changed by Interparcel is too much. When should I have to pay extra against Interparcel losing or damaging my parcels.

The cost of sending a parcel to the USA for my granddaughter for her birthday was not competitive with any other provider and it took ages to arrive, so long that I feared she would not have it in time. Maybe I'll have to resort to Amazon after all, though I like my family to have something from the UK.

My parcels sent to Ireland but not delivered, due to an error with the courier they were left on the vehicle and came straight back to me

I used Interparcel, not for the first time, to courier a small package to the Philippines. I was surprised and disappointed to find that the agent they used put the parcel into the Philippine Postal Service which I wanted to avoid. The point of using a courier service was to eliminate the need for the local postal service. The package took much longer to arrive than the advertised timings and the tracking service did not work well. I would hesitate to use the service again.

Prices of services offered are good however as to the "service", not so good. If you have an issue such as a parcel stuck in customs the Interparcel and the carrier used wash their hands of it so don't expect any help.

I've ha some good experience with them but some bad e.g. offering services which aren't correct especially around express shipping. I'm still waiting for a parcel to reach its destination 10 days later even though it was express 2 next day on their site.

My package got declined at the border at Gatwick and I called up your sub contractor DPD and they said it is due to an admin fault from Interparcel as they are missing come code's for items but we need to speak to you for a refund. After making contact the story changed to what was in the box not what was told to us by the source itself and we still had to pay for domestic fees for the package. Not sure how can the reasons for declining be so different. I did ask your colleague what about the packages being opened but she did not do anything about it. Not sure why I took out your extra insurance if I'm not allowed to claim for lost items.
