Was the first time using them and was not great. Bad customer service on the phone.... We are a local company and thought this could work well. We use another company and will continue to work with them

The latest estimated arrival time for the parcel was nowhere neal close to the real arrival time which was 2 weeks after! I had to call and email on numerous occasions to chase up the parels whereabouts. Ill never be selecting Hermes again.

You owe me money for services not received due to a fault with the system and still haven't refunded me the money. Please investigate, then I can review properly. Happy to discuss.

Have used them 100's of times, when things go well they offer a reasonable service BUT their customer service is shocking, they have no interest in lost parcels, failed collections etc etc. If a parcel collection is missed they don't even rebook it, thats the customers responsibility. Is suspect a lot of the reviews on trustpilot are paid for fake reviews, for a real opinions on this company just google 'interparcel review money saving expert' they average 1 star on that review site.

No problem with their service as such, but their website is weak in so many areas. It never improves from my user perspective from completing the forms to shipping label information. Book a parcel and you'll see.

I sent a GIFT to South Africa, only for the recipient to receive an email stating she needs to supply a customers invoice (which I printed and handed to driver) then was told she needed to pay R1700 in customers or the parcel will go into storage at R1500 a day! Firstly I know Interparcel is not responsible for customs but it would help when you are filling in the forms and insurance to be told how much the customs will be and then the sender has the choice to either pay or decide if it’s worth sending! ITS A GIFT AM MORTIFIED THAT RECIPIENT HAS NOW HAD TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY TO RECEIVE A GIFT!!!!!!

Parcels often lost. Staff disinterested in following up the loss.

You're great when everything goes well, but terrible when things go wrong. You don't support the customer to simply have nothing to do with it and your response time is substandard

I advised on the shipping instructions that I would not be at home during working hours but would be at home for delivery any time after 5:20. I regularly checked their tracking site, only to see an update posted in the evening that delivery was attempted that afternoon without success. I was immediately on the phone as soon as the update posted and was informed that no delivery times (such as after 5:20) could be guaranteed. Fair enough. We agreed that when delivery was reattempted tomorrow that the driver should leave it at a nearby pub. I again monitored the tracking site all next day, but the update of an "unsuccessful delivery attempt", again for the afternoon, didn't post until that evening. I again immediately got on the phone to ask why it wasn't left at the pub as requested. I was told that I hadn't informed them about leaving it at the pub in enough time for the depot to receive that information regarding next day's delivery, and that now it had been so long since that day's delivery attempt that the driver was out of the area and we could only reschedule again for tomorrow. My two main points of contention: 1) I called as soon as I possibly could the first day, when the notification of an unsuccessful delivery attempt was posted on the tracking site. So being 'too late' to notify the depot isn't acceptable and not down to me. 2) I again called as soon as I was notified of the failed attempt on the second day. If the tracking had been in real time and I'd known they'd attempted another unccessful delivery to my flat that afternoon, I would've been on the phone immediately and we could've gotten this sorted before the driver was long out of the area. I had to cancel plans all three nights in a row in order to accomodate this breakdown in communication. What is the point of providing a tracking service if you won't update the tracking information until long after the fact?

I've used inter parcel on 2 occasions. The first time for a national delivery was absolutely fine, but not the second time when I used them for an international delivery. Their customer service doesn't put the customer first. I spoke to someone on the phone and when I didn't quite understand their response about my parcel with an international destination, they became quite annoyed with me.

Usually quite happy with Interparcel, but after a recent failure to deliver on services promised, Interparcel were unhelpful and unwilling to do anything to help ease a situation caused by one of the carriers they offer services of to their customers. They really do seem to be a middle man who doesn't want to get involved should any problem arise. I would in future look to deal directly with one of the carriers they offer services of.

Used to be good but becoming increasingly unreliable - Two 'Failed collections' in one week, and no compensation. They won't even guarantee to get the shipment to its destination in the quoted timeframe, when you pull them up on it the just quote small print at you.

Interparcel tracking is hopeless! I tried several times to use your tracking to determine delivery day. But it only informed me was that the parcel had been collected from the sender. Again tried to track (on the day it was delivered) and the tracking had still not been updated so I went out and missed the delivery!!!!! Grrrrrr! Arranged redelivery which arrived as normal. DHL tracking is faultless, look and learn or continue to be a dinosaur and go the same way.
