Parcelforce did not collect. Rearranged for after midday next day-they came at 10am. Finally collected a week later. Interparcel said there was no guaranteed collection as I hadn't paid extra for that service!!!! Had to wait in for 3 days in total.

Arrived punctually but expensive next-day delivery and the delivery driver did not help my 96-year-old grandmother take the hamper in the house. I know she looks good for her age but it was clear it was too heavy for her, they could have at least offered

easy transaction but sometimes the cost is cheaper elsewhere. I have an account, but no vouchers are ever offered, despite vouchers found elsewhere

there was no problem with the delivery of the parcel the price was very good. NEGATIVE,the only problem I did have was the drop off . TESCO EXPRESS in west derby village. the assistant I felt was quite rude and sharp. and made me take my parcel home and rewrap it. I send a lot of parcels and made sure that it was wrapped very well. It was a large parcel but quite light, and she wasent fussed on handling it.

Collection and delivery were on time. The driver collecting was polite and helpful. Based on my experience I will continue to use this service.

The website is not always helpful and can leave one going round and round in circles, but once you have cracked it then the rest is good.

I sent 4 parcels on behalf of a neighbour. One of them didn't make it, although tracking showed it was at the depot. However, I am happy with Evri, since my experience of other carriers isn't any better.

Sometimes this service is fantastic, but other times (particularly with Landmark Global Economy - Evri) our parcels are never collected. We now know which couriers to use on Interparcel. The customer service is excellent though.

This was a large item (roll of lino) and bigger (longer) than most carriers would take. It was also a one off, single item and so was struggling to get a carrier to take it at a price that was less than teh item itself. There was no significant delay in collecting or delivering and it went smoothly It was a few months back that this order was handled and was very pleased with it and would use again. One quibble I seem to remember is that the website was not entirely straightforward but it allowed me to place and pay for the order, so probably wasn't that bad!

Easy to use website and choice of carriers. The only aspect of delivery that is more difficult to find is the insurance cost for a valuable item - each carrier has their own rates and limits and so to find the best deal you must trawl through the carrier options to investigate.

On the whole a good service however, I find it incongruous & irksome that Interparcel's prohibited list does not match the prohibited items on the actual courier's website. E.g. sending of magnetic materials (say, a loudspeaker) is prohibited by Interparcel when using the Parcel Force service yet Parcel Force's own list speaks of magnetic field strength not globally prohibiting magnets as such. This makes it tricky to know if I can or cannot send a loudspeaker when booked through Interparcel.
