“Parcel got held at depot with “an issue” but there was no communication from Interparcel about the delay. I mailed customer services who found the parcel, informed me and it was delivered a day late but all safe! On the while good service but I’m concerned about what would have happened if I didn’t chase it. Customer services at interparcel are much more helpful and efficient than some other parcel delivery brokers though!”

“Excellent courier broker company and have been using for a few years now, if there has ever been a problem, it has been sorted out quickly and easily. The one thing tht lets it down in my opinion is an integration with eBay, as it takes quite a while to input all information on multiple parcels, but other companies with integration is a lot quicker and easier to book”

“I have only used interparcel with UPS but the collection & delivery service has always been excellent with no issues, and online customer help was always efficient in helping resolve my queries. The only minus is that interparcel does not seem to provide an option to connect - or interface with - customer's eBay accounts (which other companies like parcel2go do offer, so I have sometimes used parcel2go instead as it's that much more convenient and I still get good service, also eBay tracking details are populated automatically. With most deliveries now being eBay based, I think Interparcel need to hire an IT guru URGENTLY to add this eBay-linking feature to the interparcel website, otherwise the competition is going to take their customers.”

“Always use Interparcel to send regular parcels around the uk. Tried other companies but these are straightforward to use and lots of choice of courier. Never had a problem with my deliveries....althogh a recent one showed delivered within 12hrs which I knew wasn't the case but Shannon in customer Services looked into this very swiftly and confirmed via email the definite delivery date as an error had been made on a system at the warehouse hub. All tuned out ok ...shannon is an asset to the company for her customer service.”

“Been a good solid service over the years and never had an issue but recently their postcode lookup feature on the website hasn’t found several business addresses I needed and I couldn’t find a way to manually enter the information so I used a different company”

“Mostly good service but BT takes less time to deliver to foreign customers. One collection booked in November/December was not collected and had to be taken to a nearby shop.”
