“Most times very good, however one parcel which was very well protected arrived with part of it broken. I looked to see if it was insures with the 'free' insurance you offer. But notging appears to be insured so I don't understand why it is offered in the 1st place.”

“Overall good service. The only thing was that the Courier came earlier than the preferred time and I had to rush to prepare everything. Parcel was delivered quite fast, although again later than expected, but that was due to US Customs. Despite minor issues I will be using the service again in the future.”

“I pressed the send info to the receipient but thought that was about delivery so she got labels in stead of me. She had to email them to me. I don't feel that part with Parcelforce was clear.”

“Much better than some of the other parcel brokers out there, didn't let me down Very competitive pricing also, but it's mostly about the service received In fact I first used them after being continually let down by a rival company, who I'll simply never use again If I could have got the tracking to work it would have been 5 stars ...... maybe it was my fault, but it could have been made simpler Will definitely use again”

“Fast collection, easy tracking. However my parcel sat in the depot in Houston for 2 weeks before finally being delivered after I complained. It was the first time I’d sent anything to the US and Interparcel did not help once the parcel had left the UK, they just gave me a link to the US carrier. I also found the documents difficult, you have to put in 3 lots of the barcode and delivery details but they have to be accessible, perhaps there should be some way of providing international posters with something to do this by, a clear folder/envelope or something.”

“I was worried by the awful reviews I had read but I needn't have worried. My parcel was picked up when it was supposed to be, the driver put the bar coded label on and I received it in France 4 days later. It probably would have been even quicker but it was over a weekend. I called inter parcel to find out who the French delivery company was and the woman on the phone was very helpful. I would use them again.”

“offer a wide selection from next day to 3/5 days with local drop off shops or collection (which I havent used) as drop off shop is on way hoe from work which is very handy”

“Very good providing nothing goes wrong. If there is a dispute you have to prove what you sent. Very difficult to do once the item has gone.”
