“I've used a dozen different carriers, most just incompetent, a few downright crooked, and consequently I have several after dinner anecdotes. Following many complaints over a year, one nameless carrier issued me more credit notes than invoices. Another returned a package from the US, charged me for both ways, and the pack arrived opened and empty. But I have no complaints about Interparcel, so credit where it's due. I was particularly impressed by a very fast delivery Interparcel handled to a remote town in the Philippines.”

“I have used Interparcel since June 2013. In that time every parcel I have put through them has arrived, on time and undamaged. On the odd occasion I have needed to speak directly with someone at the company they have responded immediately with clear and useful information. Over the last couple of days they handled a parcel for me that was a little fragile, a one-off and by definition a little bit special. When they realised it was probably not ideal for the rough and tumble of parcel delivery they kindly emailed me and pointed out the potential for damage during transit and gave me the opportunity to withdraw the parcel. I thought about it.....and decided that as they had never let me down over the past months why would they now ? The parcel arrived on time and intact to its very happy new owner ! I would have no hesitation to recommend Interparcel to anyone who wants to send large or small packages, UK or Worldwide. 1st rate, 5 star company.”

“I find Interparcels a God send as I am always at the last minute sending gifts etc to my family living in France. Web site is so easy to follow. Service is extremely efficient and the cost very reasonable. The person uplifting my parcels is so friendly and polite. I booked collection on Wed pm, it was uplifted two hours later and received by my daughter in France on Fri am. Can,t be beaten!! I am very pleased and will continue to use this service. Thanks for keeping an old Granny happy.”

“the first time i used a courier i tried MY HERMES and they managed to lose the parcel then i was told they had found it but it was damaged but i did get a full refund after 6 weeks. This time i tried INTERPARCEL , my package was picked up at 3.30 pm on the day and delivered to HULL from NOTTINGHAM the next morning at 8.45 am. needless to say i was well pleased, so thanks to all at PARCELFORCE.”

“I've used Interparcel for years and have always found their service to be excellent. Their parcel insurance is also competitive and I use it every time I send a package. I once had an item damaged on receipt in Sweden and the problem was sorted very promptly by Interparcel. Highly recommend..”
