“The booking process was an on-line easy procedure. I had to phone the office. The lady I spoke to was professional, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely use this company again. The item was delivered on time and in good condition. The courier was a friendly guy and my experience was a good one.”

“The service is simple enough, you fill out a quote form and the site gives you a selection of couriers and rates to choose from. You simply choose the option you want, make a payment, and arrange for the package to be available at the collection point from 08:00 - 18:00. You have the option of receiving a text confirmation of both collection and delivery, and to date I have never been let down either on a collection or a delivery. Trying to find the quotes and make the arrangement myself takes forever, Interparcel's website makes it really straightforward and the interface is foolproof. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”

“I was going to sign up to a contract with one of the big courier companies, but I find that Interparcel gives me the same courier services for a lot less money than some of the people that I know with contracts are getting. Definetly reccommended.”

“It was easy to set up the collection and delivery on line. The instructions were clear and understandable. Collected the parcel the following day and was delivered on time. All the other agents couldn't collect the next day as it was too late in afternoon that I requested a pick up. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“We've been using Interparcel for about 3 years and have almost not problems. When they have occurred they've been dealt with very quickly. They are always good value, collections and deliveries are reliable and I wouldn't have any reservation in recommending them.”

“This company's website is so easy to use, just type in where the parcel is going from, where it's going too, the size and weight and away you go. You get a list of the couriers, what type of service and how much. Use them all the time for all my parcels.”

“I use Interpacel to send 19kg boxes and the service is excellent. However I spoke to an Interparcel rep. lately as I send about 1200 packages per year : weighing 5 & 10kg: using Myhermes. I was informed that as the collection address was domestic Interparcel could not give a competative price but if the collection address had been commercial then they would have been interested. This seems like a blinkered policy but I'll be pleased to trade with Myhermes.”

“Apart from an initial 'glitch' which must have been a computer connection problem (it would not let me go past the first stage of booking) excellent, easy to book and collection today even though it was almost 12noon. I have dealt with Interparcel for many years and they get better as time passes. Very good.”
