“I was buying a set of swimming goggles as there were none in stock at the Minehead store. The pair I was sent were wrong so I went to the store to see if they could sort it out. They were extremely helpful and managed to obtain the correct pair by the next day. I think it was Sophie who looked after me and she could not have been more helpful. The problem was that when new models are introduced the same "P" number is used to identify different goggles!! The ones I had been sent had the same "P" number but were marked at £15 whereas I had paid £16 for the ones ordered. Something needs to be done about this confusion, but the matter was resolved very efficiently; Thank you.”

“Great service and information from TP but DPD service reduced the overall rating. They advised parcel on way to collection point, then changed to saying delayed and returned to depot. No explanation - very disappointing.”

“Process was relatively straightforward and they use a dependable delivery company. There was an error with the order in that an item was missing, however this was sorted out very quickly and the missing item was sent straight away. I would use this company again.”

“Good service, just some confusion on where my parcel had been delivered. I had asked for click and collect but my parcel was delivered to my home address. The manager in Tiverton and Darren Sherring were very helpful.”

“I ordered a pink Nike I-phone 5 arm band and the delivery was fantastic, next day. The only issue I have is that the arm band isn't pink..in any way, shape or form. It is not as shown or described in terms of colour. I am happy to keep the item but would like to understand how this item could be marketed as pink and is clearly purple and orange, not a shade of pink in sight.”

“Received the item I wanted & fast delivery. Would've preferred confirmation that the shuttles were fast / red, it was clear they were yellow but unclear they were definitely fast/red. Also the link for the product (http://www.tonyprycesports.co.uk/mens-c1/sports-equipment-c4/sports-accessories-c21/xl-400-badminton-shuttlecocks-6-pack-yellow-p22455) didn't work, just re-directed me to a different webpage.”
