“Good but could improve 1. Email about item being dispatched should go out earlier. I received email after I had phoned shop to see if item was in and then picked up item. 2. If a customer comes into one of your shops for a specific item and it is sold out, your staff could routinely suggest checking the web site. I visited two shops without the website being mentioned. It was only when I phoned one shop to see if the item was in stock that the assistant suggested I look on the website. I didnt know you had one. It worked for me.”

“I was spending an e-voucher and my reluctance of buying clothes on-line was proven. I need to touch the thing. The item bought (trousers) was unsuitable for my needs and they didn't fit properly. HOWEVER, there was no problem nipping into the 'local' shop and they were more than helpful in finding what would suit and exchanging.”

“Im really happy with the product and very impressed with the updates on delivery and being able to state which neighbour to leave it with. The only downside was even though I stated which number neighbour to leave it with it was taken to a different neighbour that I don't really speak to which was rather embarrassing. Otherwise great service.”

“The football boots have arrived lovely and quickly,so an excellent service which can be recommended.Sadly our parcel has arrived squashed to bits so the lovely "Messi" box looks trashed which is a real shame when its an expensive gift!!”

“Trainers are great and arrived on the day it was predicted. My only complaint is with the restrictiveness of the delivery, which was between 7am and 8pm. I was only given a more specific hour slot at 5.30pm, when I was text to say it would arrive between 6.39 and 7.39, and then it did not! I waited in all day and finally at 8.30pm it arrived. I really do think it should be possible to give a more specific time slot at the start of the day, and to stick with the time slot predicted. If this had happened, I would have been giving a rating of very good as the product and price were great.”

“The delivery was prompt, but I was disappointed that I couldn't exchange unwanted items at the store. For this reason, I probably won't use the online store in future, unless I am absolutely certain of fit/quality of items.”
