I’ve tired to order from in the style three times recently, my first order turned up in bad condition (loose threading and a hole). The second never turned up due to a fault in the system which I only found out about because I chased it up. By this I mean I emailed their contact support three times and got ignored, I contacted their Instagram account and got a reply, the person I spoke to was very helpful but I still felt appalled. The third order I made was a new launch, I got on the site before 6, we’ll in time to get my order. I ordered them and got my confirmation email at 6pm on the dot. I’ve been waiting on this order since the 5th of May and I’ve had unhelpful customer service, mixed messages from their site and Instagram account. I got told my order was a pre-order, which I and they both know is not right. If they ran out of stock it was due to a fault on their end as I made my order at 6pm on the time of launch and they were not sold out until hours later. I am absolutely appalled and will not be ordering from there again. I have never experienced anything like it.

Thanks to all who stated your frustrations on the quality of refund, and most of all quality of the product s this company is selling. It looks pretty good on what I can see on their website. I am always paranoid about the quality when an item is less then $20 based on my previous experiences in online purchases! Thank you for all who stated honesty and telling people not to trust this company!

Received the Jac Jossa style tracksuit bottoms and hoodie, hoodie had hole in it and bottoms were so bobbly. Had to send pics to customer services and they stated that the bobbly bits were meant to be like that!! Horrific quality

Ordered a matching tracksuit. Shocked at the cheap quality of the material.. and the fact that the material was already bobbling. Will not buy from them again. Not worth it.

Just like the scam site JustFashionNow. Never received one dress I ordered and never got a refund. The second one that I did receive looked nothing like the photo. Fabric was trash. Wouldn't even donate it.

As like others if I could give less than 1 I would. Firstly it took over a month to get my items and this was before covid 19. Then when I sent something back it took a further 5 weeks to get my refund. The clothes I have kept are already fraying after one wear, one had a ladder in it, which I didn't realise when I sent the other item back. Customer service is awful and you just get fobbed off, but yet get bombarded with about 10 or more emails a week. Will never order from this company again. How the owner has become a millionaire I will never know!

Just received a pair of the lilac joggers I bought from In The Style. Terrible quality and bobbly all over. And not at all what it looked like on the sites pictures. Very misleading and disappointing!

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've ordered twice the first time I had to wait 38 days for a refund (from the time the tracking showed they had recieved it). The second order was a matching tracksuit (meant to be pink) and recieved pink jumper and purple trousers. I messaged to question whether I would have to pay the £2.50 and they have said yes as I am choosing to not keep the product... if they had sent the right colour then I would be keeping it. The email I recieved was automated. I should have recieved a discount code at the least to compensate for the mistake and the fact I could now be waiting about 38 days for a refund... if which £2.50 will be deducted! Terrible company

Bought several items 6 weeks ago. Never received them. Emailed them 3 times. They assured me they were getting ready to be shipped and would let me know when they were on their way. Nothing. Tried to log in with my regular email that I used to sign up with yesterday. Message says no record of me. !!! Luckily I saved my emails but have a feeling I will never see the items or my $122. They are a ripoff

If I could give a -1 I would. Bought 2 T-Shirts. On was meant to be a 10 the other 6-8. The sizes were more like 16-18 an 20-22. I emailed them on fb. The said there sizes were correct by there chart. I ordered 10 which is large to them doesn't say on chart. 6-8 is medium. How do you work that out??? If it said that on the chart I would of went for children's. Absolutely disgraceful. Such a farce off a company. Please be advised its cheap tat aswell. Not good quality. An size chart is a guessing game. Just whatever in factory. Very angry 😡

I purchased an item over 2 months ago. I have yet to receive it. The company sent me a shipping confirmation, after tracking the package, it never left their facility. I have sent them 20 + e-mails requesting a refund, they are not responsive to issuing a refund. This company is fraudulent. NEVER PURCHASE anything from them! Buyers beware!!

i ordered £400 worth of summer clothes for my holiday which has been cancelled (Covid19) all the items were sent back. its been over a month now and no refund. no communications, no courtesy calls, no responses to emails, social media and no contact number to speak to anyone. My emails just have an automated response asking to wait 14 days (and now 28 days) After 6/7 weeks i still do not have my refund and no contact! fuming

Absolutely shocking company. Sent item back, waited 1 month for a response from them. Had to send proof of postage even though their return portal showed they received my parcel the day after I sent it. ... still waiting for refund 30 days later to be told I’m being charged a handling fee!! Absolutely money grabbers! Paid on credit card and requesting a charge back through them to get my FULL MONEY BACK!!! Scammers!!

Had to contact in the style several time to get a refund then had to prove I sent the item back with proof of receipt then to top it off had to pay a handling fee what a cheek won’t use this company again very bad still waiting for refund wonder if I will get it

I purchased a sweater on March 23rd..they sent me a e mail that they would e mail me again..they did NOT.havent heard anything from them..I was scammed out of 33.00..but I also believe this is the same company as where I made my order it goes by WearingPearl..same clothing..same...I wish there was some way to get them shut down.get a lawyer ir something..the only thing I could do was file dispute with my credit card..please be cautious of buying from these scammers..
