1 star because I cannot put 0! Ordered 3 items, a dress 3X, a tshirt 3X and a back bag and received nothing after Two months! But they sure charged me $78.97 USD for it! Finally I received a grey medium tshirt, not what I oredered at all!!!!!! After many emails, they are asking me to keep the wrong item and pay for it minus a $10 refund🤬 Now I am trying to get a full refund but not sure I will ever receive anything from them. It comes from China, no phone number to reach them. Big fraud company! The web site should be closed! I will never order from a site on Facebook again, never!

My advice is to NOT BUY from this company. This is my first experience with InTheStyle and there is non-existent customer support, or communication. I returned my parcel (as the quality of the clothes were below my expectations) 3 weeks ago and have had no communication from the company. I have now email twice since with no response. I will never purchase from this company again and will be telling my experience to everyone I know. Hugely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. I will be taking this further until my refund is received.

I paid £25 for a dress which I returned and only received 17.50 refund. so where exactly did the £7.50 go? Awful customer service. Never ordering again. Daylight robbery!!!!!!!!!!

Go on trust pilot and read the reviews ladies before ordering I had to threaten them with the small claims court to get my refund they was ignoring all my DMS/emails/tweets & they ripped lots of people off .. go see for your self on trustpilot nothing but scammers they use celebrities to take our money !!!

I never got my shoes and they just took my money I ordered two months ago I should have followed my first mind and kept it moving they are a seal then they take they sure down so they won’t be reached

Items missing from the order so returned the lot, 2 weeks on and still no acknowledgement they even have the goods let alone a sign of a refund. Customer service ignore your messages

Order was placed and money taken immediately for the item. It has not been delivered and it is impossible to get hold of anyone to discuss. I feel so ripped off and disappointed.

Take your money but don’t send the items. Then don’t even answer queries raised!!! I’ve two teenagers gutted because their clothes didn’t come. Useless

I have ordered on two occasions the billie faiers rib wide leg jumpsuit. Have not received either of my items received emails saying they have issued me a refund for both items. Still no sign of my refund and almost £100 out of pocket. I would avoid at all costs take your money and there is no way of getting hold of them.

PLACED MY ORDER ON 5/15/2020 & IT’S NOW 6/17/2020 & STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY SHOES!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY & I HAVE NOWAY OF GTTN INTO TOUCH WITH THEM!!! AVOID! AVOID!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Absolute waste of time, I was meant to receive Jac Jossa rose off shoulder top with shorts but only got the top and just because they are delayed with processing your refund because of short staff in the warehouse and because of Covid-19 somone called Rebecca said to me it wont be until 28 days time until I get my refund sent back to my klarna account. After I've payed my klarna balance next month I'll be getting clothes elsewhere as in the style are an absolutely appalling and disgrace at least when I've ordered from Littlewoods and Very I've never had any problems with them at all. But seriously In The Style needs to pull finger out instead of ripping off customers and not giving their back to the customers I do not recommend if I could I'd give them 0 stars! 😡

I placed my order on April 21st, it is now June 14. I've not received my items yet. No info on how to contact them. Oh they instantly took my money though.

Ordered two thirts and paid £6.99 for next day delivery before 1PM. Didn't recieve order until 4 days later and only one tshirt was in the package. Contacted them by email and no reply for nearly a week to which they finally sent me a refund note but DEDUCTED money from the item I didn't receive!! How can they take my money, make an error and charge me for the error??!! Surely this should not be allowed to happen? Will never buy from this company again.

Do not shop here. There is no way of contacting them. They take your money and you hear nothing and no goods! Their so contact sheet is a waste of time and as for the online chat...completely useless throws you out when you get to number 3! I cannot believe this company is allowed to trade!
