“This company is worthless. Ordered 2 rusty colored relaxed Harry Potter sweatshirts. One was Santa red, the other maroon with the wrong lettering. That isn’t the worst part, the quality was HORRIBLE. It is junk. Never order from them!”
“Absolute joke of a company. Placed an order with them for 3 items. Received 2 which were completely different to what I ordered. Also were really poor quality. Returned within a few days. Received a partial refund weeks later even though I sent back everything I returned. Arguments are still going on 3-4 weeks later trying to get the rest of my money back. They also take a long time to get back to messages. Sure website says 48hr reply time. Maybe there busy coming up with more ways to rob people? I have had money taken from me for goods which were never received and had a load of hassle. 100% do not recommend and will never use again.”

“Purchased 2 items on Black Friday sale. Was not notified until AFTER dispatch of 1 item that allegedly the other item is out of stock. I checked from the time of order periodically until now and item and size IS in stock. Now sale is over I’m told that I must purchase it at double the price. Attitude of customer services is “too bad, it’s in our t&cs”. Will not purchase from ITS again. Buyer beware! Advisor on chat smugly said “Should you have experience... you will know where to find this information” upon asking for the registered address to write my complaint to. Terrible customer service.”

“Two missing orders, one didn’t ever turn up and the attitude of customer service was disgusting, I had to fight for weeks for a refund. The second order is missing, has been sent to the USA from the UK instead of the country I live in by mistake and there is no way I can’t re route it. they are refusing to give me a refund and either ignore my emails or say “they are sure it will turn up”. Happy to take my £121 but not happy to provide a decent service. DO NOT USE, don’t be fooled by the celebrity endorsements.”

“I Just wanted to warn everybody about buying clothes off of these ads on Facebook. Specifically “The Instyle“ I ordered 3 items.
A brown stonewashed hoodie sweatshirt, a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed color overalls with flowers on them and a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. I paid $90! I did not receive ANYTHING I ordered and they refused to refund me! They expect me to send them the WRONG product back at my expense.
The items they sent me were all wrong ! They’re not even close to resembling what I ordered! In order to be reimbursed a partial reimbursement! Not even offered full refund. I would have to pay the shipping back to them for product I did not order! Seems to me if they sent me something completely different than what I ordered, I would not be responsible for paying for shipping to send it back to them! As you can see the rock “sweatshirt” is the only thing I got that resembled my order! the rock stone washed sweatshirt ended up being a plain brown T-shirt. The next item I ordered were a pair of light blue Jean stonewashed overalls with flowers on them. What I received was a dark blue denim plain overall capris With that ugly cheap dark jean material. They look like something somebody made at home on their sewing machine with fabric from Michael’s. They look nothing like what I ordered!
The 3rd item was a pair of capris with really cool patchwork on them. what I actually received was a pair of grey granny pants. 
I have put in a dispute with my bank. Hopefully they can get my money back for me! Lesson learned! Don’t order from these ads!
Also, when I contacted their “Customer Service“ department, all I got was an automated message offering me different amounts back and a 10% off of my next order Incentive. Like I would EVER order from them again! These people are a scam! They should be prosecuted and thrown in jail for what they’re doing!”

“Really poor quality. I’ve washed a pj top with black writing on the front once and it’s faded.
I brought another set and the top barely covers my chest but the bottoms are fine. I wouldn’t buy from these again”
“I ordered some shorts that were on preorder and took over a month to arrive, I wanted to return but their returns said I could as it was over the time allowed but it was them that took so long to send to me. I have contacted 3 times and no reply so no shorts and no refund. Terrible service. Do not know where to go from here.”

“First time ordering from Inthestyle. I had my eye on Jacqueline Jossa peach pyjama set. I saw they were half price and ordered (no way was I spending £22 on the set when I wasn't certain about quality). So glad I didn't spend full price. They're comfy and look nice.
But oh my word they're thin! So so thin. I'm due to go away with friends at the end of the year and beginning of next and was planning to take these. No way! I liked the look of other things but now I'll avoid after the pyjamas and seeing the other comments!”
