I have ordered a few times and found the items to be poor quality, awful sizing. Charged to return items and full refund not given.

Returned an order to get charged an admin fee as well as the initial postage resulting in having to pay over £6 for nothing. Won't be buying again!!

I ordered the lamb skin coat. Looks nothing like picture, way tooo small like it was made for a child. Not happy at all and I get no response from the instyletees.com at all.

In the style are great UNTIL you actually have an issue. Their companies customer service is probably the worst I've ever come across. I would never order from them again and recommend others don't unless you can afford to throw money away

Had to send my items back as didn’t fit one way too big the other way too small yet the same size!! They take £2.50 admin charge off you for sending items back I thought that wasn’t too bad but what isn’t published on their website is they also charge you £3.99 for a return so the return will actually cost you £6.49 what a rip off . Customer services just aren’t interested at all very poor service .

Awful company and I’ll never order from them again. Clothes are cheap and poor quality. For a ‘cheap website’ they’re actually expensive for what you get. H&M is a much better option for quality clothes at cheaper prices. I’ve emailed several times with no response. Spent a lot of time trying to get through to the online chat unsuccessfully. I’m horrified that an online fashion business charges an archaic admin fee when returning your items and doesn’t make this clear at the pint of purchase. To me admin fees are associated with less credible / unscrupulous industries and turns out this is a dodgy, sneaky, unscrupulous business!

Awful customer service, they don’t listen and are in denial when there are problems with their IT and returns portal. Slow responses too.

Had to wait too long for a refund and this was after chasing it twice, the first email didn’t get acknowledged at all. Also to have £2:50 taken off of the refund is an insult after having to wait a month . My daughter is still waiting for her refund and they were returned on the same day !

Disgusting returned a dress still waiting on refund seemingly a system glitch has caused the delay but was assured I would receive it in 48hrs that was nearly a week ago and still no refund 3 ignored emails! They are nothing but thief's!

The worst on line clothing company AVOID !!! Clothing not the best quality , returning items & having to wait nearly 3 weeks for a refund is unacceptable then to have £2.50 taken of the amount you get refunded to be told its store credit as if i am going to purchase anything else i dont think so , you should get a full refund like you do with any other site !!!

Clothing quality not great but returns service even worse. When trying to contact everyone messaged me different answers. Emails were not replied to other than automated. Do NOT use if you are not prepared to wait ages for a refund.

I paid for next day delivery because I needed the dress I ordered for an event. The dress didn’t arrive for over a week. I couldn’t get through to anyone on the live chat customer service, tried for over an hour! I contacted customer service sending two emails and both were ignored. Would never order from here again!!

Awful company to deal with , email them daily for a update on a order been waiting three weeks for and all emails are being ignored, still no parcel when said in stock , best advise can give is to avoid at all cost

My sister and I both ordered dresses and tee shirts from the Stacey Solomon collection. Whilst the collection is lovely, we have both had rather unfortunate experiences with our orders. We have both had to return all the dresses due to size issues. I am a size 14 and the blue tiered midi dress I ordered was far too big and the daisy purple dress my sister order in a size 18 was also too big. I can only describe it as a tent. She also ordered a lemon smock top in a size 20 and could not get her arms into the sleeves as they were so tight. The sizing on the collection definitely needs to be addressed and as such I would not recommend this collection to anyone.

I ordered a dress on Monday the 31st of May. First time using the site. When I ordered and selected my size it said the item was in stock (in that particular size) and when I went through checkout they gave me the option of Next day delivery for an extra £5.99 fee. I needed the dress for an event on the 5th June and this was the reason I ordered as it said I could have next working day delivery. Now this was bank holiday Monday so I assumed my item would be dispatched on the following day and I would receive it on the Wednesday, still plenty of time for my event on Saturday considering I had paid an extra fee for next working day delivery, but Wednesday and Thursday came without even a notification or email and when I checked my account it said my order status was ‘processing’ so I emailed asking if my order would be dispatched that day on the Thursday as I had paid for next day delivery and I was met with an automated email saying someone would get back to me within 48 hours. During this time I received another generic email stating that there were delays on some items coming into their warehouse and they apologised and said they would get the items out as quickly as possible. I also received another email from a customer service agent stating they were experiencing transportation issues meaning there was a delay in items coming into their warehouse. I replied asking if I would receive a refund for the £5.99 I paid for express next day delivery and again I received a generic email saying someone would get back to me in 48 hours. My event came and went on the Saturday and I still hadn’t heard anything about the dress. Then on Sunday 6th of May I received another email from a customer service agent telling me that the reason my order hasn’t been dispatched is because I ordered a pre order item which is completely untrue. The item stated it was ‘in stock’ when I ordered and it offered me next working day delivery so why would it have been a pre order item, plus also she completely contradicted what the previous email had stated! So one minute I’m ordering an ‘in stock’ item, paid for next day delivery and then I’m being told sorry there’s a delay and then it’s apparently because I ordered a pre order item?! Plus they completely ignored my request for a refund for ‘next day delivery’ considering I paid for a service I didn’t receive. It’s now the 8th of June and I’m still none the wiser as to when I’m receiving my item.

Quality of clothing is absolutely terrible!! I ordered the Elle Darby range and the dresses are so see through and such thin cheap materials. I’m so gutted as they look completely different to the online images!!
