“Speed and quality of service was absolutely excellent. Products well described and great quality. As a first time user of CPAP machines I would have liked more explanation of what to expect. The manufacturers manuals and fitting guidance were quite good but ultimately it was difficulty to know if I had done everything correctly and the machine and mask were working as they were supposed to.”

“I called to check on delivery times before Christmas and was told that I could pay for faster delivery, but that it was almost certain that the order would be delivered quickly before Christmas. I order and book everything online so I went back to order online, but couldn't pay the extra delivery charge, so I called back and rather ordered over the phone. The process was so easy and simple, and the order arrived the next day, as promised. Great service. And the product I ordered is way better than the previous version, so I am a "happy chappy" and very pleased with my experience. Thanks to all.”
