“A bit expensive for three small pieces of fabric, but you could not fault the service. Excellent. Incidentally, the product was less expensive than the OEM product which was indefensively expensive!! I'd use them again.”

“Excellent... the only UK source I could find to buy this bit of kit which is so much better than what the NHS provides - even if it is rather expensive compared to US prices. Serious problems trying buy online - the links just didn't work and I tried various machines, so the fault is not at my end. But phone purchase was simple and delivery fairly swift.”

“Your service was excellent. I received my order the day after I made it. As to the product itself. The mask liners do their job very well. I sweat quite a bit and before the liners my mask would become uncomfortable. But now since using them I sleep right through. Thanks.”

“Hi! Although the general service was very good, unfortunately the holes in the medium nasal CPAP mask liners (K11-NM) I ordered are far too big and keep slipping from under the mask and into my mouth. Therefore the seal on the mask is broken and I am not getting the benefit from my CPAP machine. I am using the grey Swift FX Nano so thought that the medium liners would be the obvious choice of fit. However,this is not the case and a small size would probably have been more suitable as they seem to come up quite large. I have only used three of the liners so it turned out to be quite an expensive exercise. M. Hughes”
