“Returned to this company after a 2 year break, the same great products with some new ones and the usual excellent service with very fast delivery. Only surprise I had was the price, item I ordered used to be £16.99 but now £21.99, there is an explanation on the site about this increase but still a bit of a shock. Will carry on using them as they are now the only UK supplier of the item I order.”

“Your website does not explain the sizes fully on your RemZzzs mask liners v.small, small, petite, therefore I requested small and got petite after trying them with my mask they leave me with a small hole and a lot of material left hanging out of the bottom of my mask, when I contacted you to complain I was told no exchange as they were sterile after a row you decided if the box was intact and the inside bag was not opened you would exchange, but how could I have tested the fitting with my mask without opening the bag and also the other question is exchange to what as you stated the above 3 sizes are all the same. I have done business with you in the past with no complaints and always trusted the sizes. No more I will shop elsewhere Yvonne Willis. 2/11/2015”
