“I ordered a CPAP machine with some accessories and was very impressed with the service and professional advice. I emailed them a couple of questions and got a detailed reply the next morning. I felt safe ordering with them. The delivery came on time and hassle free. This is an exemplar in customer service particularly in the UK.”

“Excellent service whether it be responding to an email or dispatching ordered goods. A new CPAP arrived within 26 hours of ordering which is extremely impressive as it was delivered to the Channel Islands. Well done”

“The item I usually order wasn't available and your agent recommended an alternative which has turned out to be excellent. However we had to have about 4 emails to find the size. It would have been simpler if he had just sent a copy of the relevant size change in response to my first email regarding size. The item arrived quickly in London, within 24 hours; in Ireland it takes a week to reach me. That's the postal service rather than you. Many thanks.”
