“I was asked to purchase a CPAP machine and mask for a patient in Ghana. I called Intus and spoke to Kelly Ash. She was amazing from beginning to end - not knowing anything about this product, She gave me good advice, coupled with an itemised list of products with prices for me to pass on to the patients family to enable them to make an informed decision. “Found myself needing a CPAP battery and cable urgently. Rang Intus (via EU-PAP website) on a Monday morning, received the goods on the Tuesday before 1pm. Excellent service. Very helpful when I spoke to them on the phone, re-assured me they could deliver and they did..! Cannot fault them in any way. Thank you so much for your help Intus, much appreciated.”
