“I obtained a mask clip and a spare from Intus from one phone call and a simple card payment. Anyone reliant on a sleep apnoea CPAP machine will know the trials of keeping the mask on during a night's sleep and the results if any part of the equipment breaks! Well I was misfortunate enough to break the mask seal retaining clip on my mask and was desperate to find a proper part to replace it. Intus came up trumps and I was served well by the lady who took the trouble to take the photo of the part I sent her to check availability and that she was sending what I wanted. Well done and grateful thanks”

“I have bought two Intus machines the second machine was making a purring noise. I was delighted with the response I received from Intus they replaced it without any question and the new one is perfect. Nice to deal with a good company.”
