I keep having delivery problems with my paper. I have reported these to IBD many, many times, but I either don't get my paper at all, or this past Sunday, I received only 1/2 of the paper (Section A). Please help to get this resolved. Dave Surut 801-428-7480

I used both SwingTrader as well as IBD Digital. SwingTrader was horrendous, less than 10 recommendations a month and well over 50% were losers - I could do that myself and not pay for an additional "service". IBD Digital wasn't much better - I signed up to receive a concise informative daily newsletter on important market news. Instead, I received countless marketing emails and the actual "IBD Digital" emails conveyed very little important information and made you click links to read further into articles. Again, I wanted a CONCISE daily email on important market news: I don't want to click links, I don't want to read extensive articles, give me the meat and potatoes so I can hit the trading block. Robinhood offers "Robinhood Snacks" FOR FREE which is essentially what IBD Digital claims to be except it actually delivers. Before I began actively trading I had read and been told by many IBD was the gold standard but my experience has been anything but. Do better.

I should not have to log in each time to use the website as a paying customer.

I have with IBD for almost 20 years. Previously, I used to get daily print of IBD. From last few years, it was changed to weekly. And now it comes almost 4-5 days after the week is over and so we miss timely information. Website still gives daily access but printed copy are so easy to read at any time. IBD has cut too many corners to save the cost at the customer’s expense. Didn’t agree with this approach. Hope IBD will focus again on printed copy in a timely way. . Thank You

I love your publication but when it arrives on Wednesday or Thursday there's something not right. If my local grocer gets his by 8am Saturday morning, I am very disappointed that my issue arrives so late. I am seriously considering cancelling my subscription and just buying it retail. I hope this helps.

My IBD arrives by mail Monday evening and no longer on Sat. home delivery. To say that is timely is not correct. Too much of the data is already OLD. Any hope for home delivery again? Don't tell me to go online. I want the printed paper. Thank you. Joseph Leonard

I have been a long time subscriber but become weary of being "nickle and dime-ed" and with the constant pop up boxes for added and premium services. Now, most recently upon temporarily "holding " my paper delivery for 1 week while on vacation,I apparently did not have access to the on line services unless i paid extra for "Digital Access". My subscription was for both paper and online and in this advanced technological age IBD is unable to hold the paper service without permitting access to ones paid on line service.

The CFA analysis of using hindsight to predict market direction has no statitical support. IBD claims that past performance will reliably offer an edge in the market. IBD does give a reliable list of companies whose share price is changing but one must be careful of buying anything on their site as they trick buyers into expensive subscriptions.

Website is glitchy and keeps logging me out. Leaderboard subscription no longer includes features that were available before. It is clear that you have become more about making money than providing an outstanding user experience.

My paper has been SUCCESSFULY delivered 3 0f the last six weeks. And your blind allegiance to a rigid conservative political policy is an affront to the real world in which we live.

I love the paper have been a long time subscriber along with market smith. I understood the switch to a online platform but there is no way for me to make it personalized like I could with the paper. I find I do not use the website at all because it is cumbersome, loaded with ads, and not user friendly. I almost did not renew this year but I still enjoyed the Monday paper to justify keeping it.

The website is out of control: Pop-ups everywhere, Videos play by themselves Big Fat fonts and pictures consuming 70% of the screen leaving 20% to real information

I thought I would be a lifetime subscriber to IBD (paper). I was disappointed with the cessation of daily print, but understand the economics driving that decision. I stuck with the web site; however, I didn't renew my subscription. The web site is insufferable. Too much clutter, pop ads, annoying videos following me as I try and read content, can't find content --- a very user unfriendly experience that I will not pay for. Which is too bad because the content is good. As far as Marketsmith. The quality of this platform is also deteriorating. Too many bugs. For example, lists don't load properly, site crashes, fixes that are touted as being fixed aren't fixed. I know I'm not the only customer with experiencing these problems. I email MS alerting them to the problems. The responses I receive are usually nonsensical. The underlying tone of them is to blame me. I've also emailed basic questions to MS seeking clarification about the computation underlying of certain data points. Unfortunately the responses received are not responsive and some are borderline rude.

Since you went to a weekly I never read it, I hate going on line and having to scroll through to find info. The only reason I'm still a member is for Market Smith.

I use MarketSmith and I like nearly everything about the software except charts frequently fail to load and I must wait a minute or more to see any charts. I use an iMac as well as an iPod. I am convinced the problem is not my server because I frequently go to another state with a different ISP using both computers and the problem is always the same. If I want to review the charts late in the trading day before making a trade, the inability of seeing the Marketsmith data has prevented me from making a timely trade. This now seems to be an everyday occurrence, even on weekends and the middle of the night. Frequently, I spend more times waiting for information to download than I actually do studying the info. Also, when using Marketsmith I get far too many pop-up ads because pop-up blockers must be deactivated to use the software. Software of this expense should not serve up ads. A huge frustration. So far, I am living with the problem but if I can find anything better I will switch.

Switching from a daily to weekly publication with no reduction in subscription price, while great for your bottom line, is like a slap in the face to subscribers. Moreover, the Web functionality is definitely NOT a suitable substitute. Makes IBD a ripoff.
