“Web site difficult to use. Prefer going back to print edition. Disappointed.”

“I've lost my trust completely in IBD: 1. I won't be renewing my subscription. 2. The data is not in real time & is far behind in information: news, quotes. 3. I subscribe to WSJ & use this online accurate data as well as the paper. 4. My online trading @ Charles Schwab on their live Street Smart Edge platform provides me with accurate time data. 5. Your customer service has become unresponsive and poor. I requested many times to get free weekend papers and also wrote requesting information on the online data update frequency. I never received any answers. I don't like IBD anymore and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.”

“Too many ads, difficultly moving through Web site. Too slow. Hard to access paper and once there difficult to stay on page.”
