Your new release is rubbish to say the least. 1) the quantity button works when it wants to. 2) the easy to access functions are gone. 3) the layout is difficult. 4) Writing an invoice description is limited to a few lines, try writing a letter like this. 5) The while approch is getting more money for invoice to go. A few years ago we had control, now we have tech nerds not business owners writing what they think we need. They have no idea. This is so disappointing. I actually tried to assist in helping with the new update. I was promised a gift card and that never happened. What do we do as business owners. I have just renewed. You are not very clever people to change an interface that worked, was easy to use to this. What can you say but you do not give a damn about your customers. My name is available to any who want it. Incredibly disappointed. You just chewed my afternoon and I earns nothing.Thanks very much

Run, Run, Run I have been a client of Invoice 2go for just over 3 years. I think anyone who has ever used the app and the website would agree that when I tell you the actual website was always basically useless. The mobile app however always seemed to work fairly well except for us having to resend the invoice time after time. With the new update of the mobile app they have now made the app basically useless also. DUPLICATE INVOICES, MISSING INVOICES. Many showing paid on one page and unpaid on the next. All of the challenges they were having with the website are now on my phones and tablets. I spoke with support and was given no fixes or even ideas of how they were going to correct the challenges. I was offered NO HELP and NO SUPPORT! I will be shopping for a new type of POS. It is obvious that Invoice 2go doesn't care about their challenges.

this software deleted estimates that couldn't be retrieved. it deleted £9000 worth of invoice in one that i noticed. god knows how many smaller one it has deleted without me noticing. no wonder i have happy clients. i do the bill as i go then sent on a friday. i hate to think how much this software has cost me. DO NOT USE

Invoices are not being sent to customers, when it says 'sent' Invoices are also doubling up. For example I have had 3 seperate copies of the same invoice number? Very concerning when this is the life blood of my business. Currently developing my own online invoice software. Will be a breath of fresh air when I finally move on.

Horrible support. I'm in. CANADA my invoices2go account got compromised and after proving that I'm the owner of the corporation I was told by management the only way to Have access to the invoices to go was thru legal. They further helped the other party continue with fraudulent activities. Local police contacted invoices to go to continue there investigation and invoices2go told the officer no we don't have to do anything your in Canada and it's out of your jurisdiction. So now lawyers are getting involved and the fraud continues. My business has lost over 100 thousand so far do to invoices2go. By the way the articles of incorporation were submitted to invoices2go. Got me no where. I would not USE this app it's bad for your small business and the support is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

The web version is very buggy. Reported lots of important bugs, not all are fixed after 5 months...

I am having problems to send out the invoices, every time that I try it says time out try it again, and when tell the invoice is send, I found out that the client hasn't got any invoice!!!

We bought the best package that you could buy. Turns out there are a whole bunch of bugs within invoices2go. Duplications of invoices, estimates ect. Our phones and laptops will not sync together. When you phone customer service or email them they don't really resolve the situation. I'm glad I've payed for something that doesn't work and isn't being resolved in a timely manner. frustration levels are high.

My pay now feature was turned on automatically after a update and one of my clients paid then was told I had to turn on stripe feature to be paid then my client was reimbursed there payment then stripe took the payment out and charged them $75 and also charged me $75 what a joke . Do not and I mean do not use this app they are so dishonest and just keep passing the buck when you question anything.

absolutely disgraceful customer service questions and answers all generic had this software for over three years the price is going up and up all the time the glitches are getting worse with no date in sight or even being discussed. i have five vans on the road all trying to use this app and its just destroying data losing invoices creating double invoices with zero balances losing invoices putting them in the wrong folders. tried time and time again to approach this company no joy just generic chat load of rubbish . iv developed my locksmith business around this invoicing app and it has just gone to rat pooh. multiple devices it does not do it is so unreliable I am now looking for new software i can rely on. don't be fooled by the hype its not true this app is so-so not what it makes out to be .

I'd be willing to bet that all of the 5 star ratings are people who have just recently bought the app. Wait until tax season when you have to spend hours manually crunching numbers because the reports are useless. And, wait until next year when you get hit with a massive price increase for the product. Let's see how many stars you give it then.

Reports are useless. Have to break out materials and labor manually. Web browser version and mobile app don't even give the same numbers for reports. Price hike is brutal after 1 year. Not worth the money.

I've owned this app for four years with one time pay. All of a sudden I have to pay again for it. Not only that but by the month?! Doesn't make Sense to me. Greedy! Unfair!

So we purchased this in March last year as a small business we had three users. It started off well as we had less than 50 invoices. Soon as we grew as a business to over 100 invoices we started seeing older invoices disappearing and blank invoices appearing with different invoice numbers. Then to top this off we had duplicates all over affecting all the reporting. Basically we had to resort back to an excel spreadsheet to find missing monies and to keep a track of payments. Its a shame, it had so much potential. Will be seeking a refund as this is not fit for purpose until they fix these issues - I would want anyone about buying it for multiple users. * Side note, all the support would ask me to do is clear my browsers cache all the time, something at this level you should not have to do. Imagine loading facebook or amazon's website and everytime having to refresh and delete your cache. (99 problems.....)

What went wrong? Everything, I've used Invoice2go for years now and their forcing me to buy an Ipad or Iphone or android device, I'm a very small business that prints the invoice and mails it to the customer, you can't do that anymore! I hate it and would like to know who to sue for the loss of time and the inconvenience of what their trying to shove down our throats.

I have paid for the previous service, which is not available anymore! And lost all my data from previous years cos the old app is not compatible with the new system!! Now they want me to create a new account with a anual fee, after having paid already for something that is not available anymore!! It is totally a joke!!! Who knows?? May be next year they will increase the fees without any notice and you will have to pay more and more again!!! Or they will upgrade the system again, and you will loose all your data!! Stay away from this trap!!!!!!!!

After 3 years of using Invoicetogo they now want me to pay $159 per year! Go to Hell! Simple invoice is just $46 per year. Goodbye ????
