It works, then it doesn't. we have lost numerous jobs due to this app. We send an estimate out, customer approves it, and when you go in to view it all the information disappears (customer name, bid information, everything) and the only thing left to identify it is the bid number. Then you have to call the customer and ask for their copy because yours has disappeared by magic / OR you send it out and the app says "unsent" and the customer calls you and said they have questions on the bid and I ask do you have it and they say yes./ OR you sent out estimates to 2 different people, 1 month apart and somehow they both have the same bid number/ OR You go in and determine that your estimate template is different, the information is moved all around on the bid and I am the only one that can access it and they tell me "someone must have changed it"/ OR you go in and find out your company name has been removed from the estimate and there is some random 10 digit number that is on the top of the company information and no one knows how it got there. Again, I was told you must have done that. Too many things lost, changed and I don't have the time to go in and verify the template it every time I want to send out a bid. I am looking for a different more reliable bidding app as THIS IS JUST NOT A GOOD ONE!!!

It ends up being a swizz!! When I first used this app is was cheap.and I bought it outright!!! Work that out..... No doubt about it. It is not cheap anymore. I have a limit on the amount of clients I have. So, some of my clients have not been clients for years. I delete them but you cannot replace them. Should this be the case when you pay year to year? Plus, in the UK they have the worst credit card payment system going. From the dark ages, 7 WORKING DAYS to hit your account. Enjoy that people. When you upgrade they do not refund the money from the previous plan you had. I hate it but out is taking me time to port my clients so have to stick with it till then.

I use to love this app, it is easy and quick to use, with nice templates. However, I went from paying $15 a year to $179! I cannot justify this price anymore, and sadly will need to leave the app. This price increase is an absolute rip off!

I used to really like this until they updated. Can't justify 100.00 a year for software that is very difficult to navigate through. I have pro what a shame they ruined it. Will not be renewing

Was a 5 and a great easy to use program But the update screwed this accounting program completely I rate it a 1 now you think these programmers would wise up and change it back with all the lost revenue

I've been using this program for 2 years. Since the latest update it's been terrible. Now I get a message saying my storage is full. Charging me $500 to upgrade. It's nonsense and a money grab. Shop elsewhere!!

Been a customer for 3 years and invoices to go was a awesome easy to use program for me a electrical contractor But now it’s a complete mess not very user friendly Looking at a new accounting program

What started out as the best invoice program I have used quickly went to the worst causing me major issues. Originally a easy program to use with many options to fit your needs has since updated , changed my custom template to a base template which does not meet me needs or the needs of my clients. Their fonts are too small, which makes me think the engineering has targeted only their users and not the end users such as bookkeepers and accountants, managers and supervisors. The update has definitely made things easier to input...but now my clients are not happy with the product=I am not happy. Look seriously at other programs before using.

I HATE the updated version. I used the old version for 2 yrs and lived it. New version is confusing, jumpy and slow. It won't let me add payment and send 'receipt' to client - it keeps resenting the invoice as if unpaid.....AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH,!!

Changed your app. Cannot and will not save invoices as I build them over for a couple day. Well not store information for more than eight hours. New system is horrible I want my money back

Updates make more work for you!, the latest update just ruined the easy "statements to go"feature. Invoices you mark as paid re appear at random! unpaid invoices are marked as paid! the app has a mind of its own! GUARANTEED TO LOOSE YOU MONEY Have used for a number of years and each update increases problems I will be leaving this behind this year

Invoice 2 go just did an update and decided in their wisdom to delete the calendar feature without any warning deleting all my future appointments and the contact info for those customers, this will cost me thousands of dollars in business. And the worst part is they really don't seen to care or show any sense of urgency. Ill be leaving this company as soon as I can find another one.

on a surface looks like a good idea and great software but it is not very intuitive and when things go wrong (and they do) it is a real nightmare. It is very expensive to run and based on number of clients. For the money I would expect more intuitive software that does not crash all of the time, has problems with syncing and constantly sends unpaid invoices as paid which automatically removes all options to be paid. I am looking for alternatives now as I have had it with this clunky unresponsive and badly coded platform.

Apart from having problems with syncing and emailing invoices now they want me to pay $400 per year.... poor decision and greedy! They will never get my money!

Lack of contact in emergency situation. Lack of technical knowledge in different regions. Unable to identify payments through stripe. Software issues with raising invoice saying already paid when not paid. Biggest problem is unable to get support to resolve these issues. In the process for looking for alternatives to this , is a shame as could be great !

Your not zero or my orb, your a cheap invoice program, and you now charge too much for it to be viable for my small business. i think invoice 2go should have maintained cheep packages of invoices, instead of strictly using monthly fees. invoice to go has lost my business and dozens of tradespeople i work with. shot yourself in the foot by being too greedy good luck to you, may b you'll compete with the likes of zero one day.

App is great although I still feel pretty ripped off and betrayed as I was an early adopter that purchased the app and then was forced over to the subscription program. The only reason I moved to subscription was to save myself the hassle of changing to another provider. I won't ever forget this as it was a betrayal of your early supporters that helped build your business to where it is now. Like I said the app works well. However the Website is the worst I have ever used. It's slow and frustrating. You keep promising to fix this but never do. Whenever I need to print an invoice I'm subjected to the same slow clunky experience. It's terrible. I hate it with a passion.
