Extremely Disappointed After 10 Years – Proceed With Caution We’ve been with this company for 10 years, but our recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. It began with an email requesting documentation regarding a credit card transaction that appeared suspicious. Out of caution, I asked for a phone call rather than submitting documents through email. A representative named Sam (no last names are provided) called and assured me the issue was minor—a failed transaction attempt by a customer—and that no further documents were needed. Shortly after that call, our account was abruptly shut down without any notice. Our merchant services were disabled, halting all incoming payments and leaving us unable to invoice clients or access any data. This directly impacted our cash flow and project timelines, causing over $100,000 in lost business and preventing employee payments. Over the course of two weeks, I received only generic responses from an AI chatbot—no real support, no direct contact. When I finally received a call from someone named Brandy, she vaguely stated that documents were still needed but could not tell me which ones, nor could she confirm if or when our account would be reviewed. The call was unprofessional, conducted from what sounded like a home environment with a TV in the background, and she provided no extension or direct line for follow-up. To make matters worse, there are currently 38 similar complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. I strongly urge any business considering this service to be cautious. What happened to us was more than an inconvenience—it was a complete breakdown in customer support, transparency, and operational reliability.

Embarrassing situation, canceled my account and refunded customer. Terrible onboarding process. Stay away, save yourself the time. Understaffed, auto-responses.

Absolutely horrendous support. All bots and AI. I cannot even get my documents accepted because some ‘information’ does not match my application. What exactly doesn’t match??? The bot that answers my emails cannot tell me. It simply wants me to reset my application. One huge waste of time. Owned by Bill.com. They’re the problem.

This company is fraudulent and criminal. We had a customer over a month ago Utay a credit card charge. They disputed the charge because this company listed us as a landscaping company but we’re an electronics company and always always have been. After getting an email from the company we contacted the customer. They immediately called their card issuing bank and reversed the dispute. For weeks this company said they never saw the dispute reversed and they required a letter from the customers card issuing bank. We provided the letter they asked for then they started saying that even though the customer and the bank reverse the dispute, it could take 30 days before they might rule in our favor and if they did, then they would credit our money back to us. we continue to complain and threaten legal action. Then we started getting generic emails that said the dispute, even though reversed by the card holder, and the card issuing bank dispute had not been resolved and that when it was resolved, they would let us know. They previously told us there was a 30 day rule by visa and the card issuing bank that they could not give our funds back unless it was at least 30 days from the date of dispute, even though it was reversed. we have contacted multiple Credit Card processors and the customer and us have the same bank. Everyone says that is not true that our processor is withholding money from us. Their customer service is ignorant and arrogant and when you send a list of questions in an email they don’t bother to answer any of them and give us a standard form answer which seems to change every time they send an email. They decided to use an in-house credit card processor. They do not give you anyway to contact them and this company uses the third-party credit card processor as it excuse why things are not settled. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen they have no sense of urgency and will take days to answer her emails, and when they do what they say, makes no sense they feel like they can bully and intimidate customers and there’s nothing that can be done about it!

I was notified they were closing my account in early August after someone had just paid an invoice. They said due to the account closure, they would mail a check. We are almost in December and I still have no check! They owe me $600! First, they said 30 days after closure they would send the check. Then they said they would escalate it because they didn’t know why it wasn’t sent. Now I get nothing ! 4 months!

This company adds fees without notifying the customer in any form. It will just hit their account after the transaction has gone through. No disclosure what so ever.

My whole experience. I hate everything about Invoice2go and wish no one to ever use them They are the worst company I’ve dealt with and I deal with thousands a year. Do not waste your time

Deactivated my linked bank account because they ‘needed more info’ about my business…after one year of no issues! Then…the process of re-linking an account…HORRIBLE. Absolutely NO representatives to speak with, tech support is simply a bot and the email rep is a bot. I was told I need the Premium Plan to get phone tech support…and I HAVE the Premium Plan. AVOID THIS APP.

I'm too exhausted for words at this point. I have almost 5k trapped in their system and no one can help. 5 months and counting. I'm going to find a way to take legal action.

Didn’t send credit to my bank account for over 4 days. No customer service. I had to contact customer to call their card company to reimburse the missing money.

I'm very disappointed with Invoice@Go. I received a 1099 for my company and it came in my husbands name and SSN. I have been trying to correct this for 2 weeks now. I have been following up and this is still not resolved and now I just got an email to say that my ticket is closed. I will be canceling my service with them.

Can’t get into my account. This is the new app front page. The chat to us is useless and the staff are too.. no help at all. Very inconvenient as I paid upfront this is deplorable

The system is great, however the standard of service from the business is non existent. In order to get a refund on a forced upgrade I litterly had to jump though so many hurdles and the team member Marion is just obtrusive.

Well, they denied my account to my legit small business corporation. I wanted to move my invoices from PayPal so I could collect ACH payments. Looks like they don't want the business. What a joke.

Lost a month's worth of deposits...they blame stripe stripe blamed bank , and they claim I have an account with them with funds they can see but we can't find this account anywhere even after given instructions how to get to it. Ridiculous if we have money in a account with you show us! Upfront page one not buried requiring directions that adults can't even find this accountbin two days .two day and I'm still looking for deposits for an entire month of business...not many companies could carry this for a month ...we quit this app and will let all know they should as well...no phone access who do they think. They are above a phone call ? They deserve what they are going to get ..the big guys always fall hard when they act like this company , hire dumb young out if school kids that don't care and ceos thinking if customers deal with out useless bot on chat that we think is so neat ..it's not we left your app because of it
