really loved previous version with exception it would not sync across devices. new version syncs but everything else is about 10 steps back. Really bad update. Pls fix

Really good app but as a heavy user I'm being pushed away with rising costs of renewal. I run 2 separate businesses which is a shame but there are cheaper alternantives.

Invoice2go is great 90% of the time, we still continue to have problems with syncing to devices and also invoices that "disappear" It also seems to take a while to download everything when I log on.

It's helpful but automatically made copy of clients and I will be happy if it helps in payroll

i pay for 100 invoice and I think you should get rid of the part we're you have to use them in a time period I did 15 invoices last year and had to pay again for another 100

Would give 5 stars if they figured out a better way to save clients. Right now you can save a client and make it easier to click however when you create a new invoice it always asks you to save or cancel and by saving it automatically puts every customer into clients folder with multiple duplicates rendering it unusable or pointless

For me to get five stars need one more think. Like we copy estimate and sand to invoice I'm think needed job schedule. So when the costumer acept the estimate I can make my job schedule. Thank you

Please fix the PDF file naming issue, you have known about it for over a year and sill not fixed it. transferring the invoice name is to the PDF file is a necessary for al clients. Calling them "invoice 1" is usless

The software was easy to use, but we are no longer using the software. The biggest downfall is that with going digital, I wanted to use less paper, but when the invoice prints off with the agreements and signature, it is 3 pages. There is no way at this time to combine it into 1 page. This was a deal breaker for us.

I've been using invoice2go for three years now, and I still find to customise your invoice is not an easy process. My logo as been taken off without me knowing and I'm struggle to get it back on the invoice. There needs to be a process where all you do is send it through to you guys and it get implement to the invoice template. It a very important part of an invoice which need to be simple.

Would be nice if program worked with portable printer like zebra ones. Some customer want one on the spot and don't always have email

Love this app, great to keep my business organized only 2 complaints: -have used for 3 years, this year when I email the invoice, it goes to customs' spam folders. I have to send the invoice then follow with an email telling them I sent it and it's in their spam folder. Adds and additional step and is inconvenient. - my customers pre order, I don't have the option after they preorder and prepay for a delivery date reminder. I have to be sure I do not miss orders and go thru paid invoices every week as not to miss a delivery.

I would leave the mobile app 4 stars and the desk top version 1 star if possible. Their desk top interface is terrible! They should realize most businesses use both.

This app constantly hits you up to pay more for the same service you think you paid for already... And it's not cheap.

App did a update and turned on credit card payment option without my othorisation and without linking bank details and it coast me in fees. Was not happy that this could happen without me setting it up.

Invoice2Go has been a great company for me as a contractor to keep all my paper work in one location. There service is good and usually reply within the day with any issues. Whilst I have enjoyed their app and website, I have been shaken by their poor reliability and sometimes lack of knowledge or help in terms of permanent fixes for issues presented. There is still a lack of coherency between the app and the website which always causes anxiety as your whole business hangs off this program. I do like the innovations they have presented and the constant updating to sort things out and sincerely hope this platform only gets better and better.

There is a bug in your app which does not send invoices to customers. This needs to be fixed immediately. IT has been going on for too long.
