“Only Just received my new umbrella and have used it today (1st Dec 25) when I noticed that one of the spikes is broken - already??? There has been no rough usage (first time used). Hoping that there is some sort of return and exchange for what appears to be a fault? Disappointed! 2nd Dec 2025 Further to my initial review - After contacting IOCo Gift designers they responded today apologising and promising to ship out a new umbrella to replace my faulty one. It's an impressive response time in this day and age where so many companies can and do ignore emails especially when its something negative. They have been very understanding and I look forward to receiving my replacement. I do love their designs and the umbrella seems very practical in its unique presentation. My negative was about the fault, no reflection on the company itself or its other products. (I cannot comment as I'm a first time purchaser). I understand that sometimes things do go wrong - it is always about how a company responds which shows its integrity and how much they value their customers. Given this outcome I am more than happy to recommend them.”

“We have just made our first purchase of your wonderful umbrellas. We have not sold any yet. The service was very friendly and the quality of the products appears to be exceptional. We love the stand and hope it drives customers to make a purchase. The price point is high and may isolate some customers when shopping for general use or impulse purchase. We are stocking them as a giftline as they are a quality porduct. The delivery wasn't very expedient. Thanks so much and best wishes.”

“Upside down umbrellas are a revelation! I like everything about them except for the handle. It's a bit too industrial and doesn't go with the overall design of the product. Having said that, I would buy it again for all the other features.”

“The glass coffe cups are spectacular - they're great to drink from & look stylish too. It's a shame (& not environmentally friendly) that you don't sell parts separately, e.g. lids and the silicone bands. When trying to replace broken elements, getting more silicone & parts that aren't needed is wasteful. The company state that not all lids match all glasses, but as someone who has purchased (& broken) at least 6 cups, I have 5 sets of spare lids and silicone rings & they're all interchangeable.”

Thank you for your review Rebecca and we aplogise for the slower than noraml shipping time. Black Friday and Christmas this year was very busy and two of our shipping carriers 'dropped the ball' this year. We will ensure that this does not happen again :)

“The product I bought is nice and a great gift. It originally arrived broken from transit and I contacted the email provided to which Jane helped me promptly and arranged a new one to be delivered. Her timely response was appreciated.”
