I paid 8.99 for next day delivery package . their driver even didn't come to my street but they stated they couldn't find my address. I have been receiving parcels and letters for pas 10 years. it was 1st time that somebody said we cant find the address. it means that the driver even didn't come to my address at all but he lied he couldn't find it. after that I asked them I will pick it up from your depot. I attended their depot and I had been waiting for more than 2 hours to collect my parcel.the service was so bad.

Ordered my parcel for next day delivery, it was picked up Friday last week, expected delivery on Saturday. nothing arrived. parcel didn't come until Monday. when I phoned customer services Saturday morning I was told it was "next working day" being Monday. even though the Saturday check box on the order page is free. upon ordering my product from you it did not say it was next working day delivery. the orders page is misleading and wont be using ipost/uk mail again as a courier. your customer services peoples attitude are disgusting when I spoke to them.

Did not follow delivery instruction. Customer service waste of time no phone number just email wrote to them 3 times got an automatic ref numbers but no reply to questions. Delivered when you wanted not when I requested. Will not use again waste of my time not to mention the flack I got from seller

Paid extra so you would pick up my package early.between 8 and 1.you turned up at 5.I emailed you 3 or 4 times on the day to see what was happening just for you to ignore me.I want a full refund, some chance as you never get back to me.never mind the people you picked my parcel up from had a waisted day,I got lots of very disappointed messages about were the he'll are you,and I now have bad feed back on my ebay account.never mind as long as you get your money

The delivery driver left the parcel on my door mat and it was not there when I returned home but a card was leFt through letter box. Extremely disappointed :-(

My parcel was not delivered to my door, in fact it was left with someone I do not know who kindly brought it to me later in the evening. As far as I am concerned there was no attempt to deliver the parcel to my door .I was at home awaiting my delivery and no card was put through my letter box. MICHAEL j FITZGERALD

I was first informed by the person sending the parcel that you had told them it would be delivered on Wednesday. So I stayed in all Wednesday. The parcel did not arrive. The following day, I received this email: "Your ipostparcels.com order 40328681420921 is estimated for delivery by UK Mail between 15:23 - 16:23." So I went shopping and returned at 3 pm, to find the package on my doorstep. What is the point of telling a customer you will deliver on one day and then you deliver the following day? An what is the point of, having royally failed to deliver in the first instance, then giving customers such an accurate window within-which they should expect a delivery, but you choose to deliver it a whole half hour early? Why not just say: "Your ipostparcels.com order 40328681420921 is estimated for delivery by UK Mail in a couple of days, maybe." I was not happy, as I have multiple sclerosis, and I'm practically housebound anyway, so getting out is a big deal. Don't do it again. …

Terrible service, item didnt arrive and your website will not let me send you a message to chase the item. I will now be canceling my order with the original seller and will have to use another company that doesnt do deliveries through you. Of course at the end of that I will be heading to every social media portal and review site to let everyone know to not use you.

Your driver needs to be told how to do his job. He left a parcel out in the open, without a signature, without any authority to do so and put it on the card that he left. I ran a courier firm a few years ago, and I know that you NEVER leave a delivery without a signature or being authorised to leave it at the recipient's own risk. If this is how your company delivers goods, then you all need to be re-trained to do it better, and provide a professional service.

I use many different courier companies for my business as I use what service my customer requires at that time. i have used ipost many times and i find it probably the worst from the lot. i use UPS, Myhermes, royal mail and sometimes TNT. Your service has been the worst. your prices are not the best too. your drivers need training and your staff at the hubs need manners and need to stop fobbing you off and learn to tell the truth. when i drop off at your Birmingham hub the chap behind the counter is the rudest staff i have come across. you can email me zak_0123@hotmail.com if you what to know how you can improve your business and learn from your customers. thank you
