“Parcel arrived two hours after the one hour time slot I was given,which is no big deal but the printer was damaged in transit,luckily the Ebay seller was very good and is going to send me another printer,Let's hope that's not damaged in transit.To be honest the seller did say that 'ipost parcels' have been very good in the past and has not had any problems with them.”

“Delivery itself was fine, driver very friendly, but it would have been much better if someone could have phoned/emailed/texted to say approximately when he would arrive: I was just toid the day, and had to wait in till 3 pm.”

“If a parcel is left where the recipient is absent it would be better left at the rear of the property , unseen by passers by. Delivery was speedy and the parcel arrived in good condition. The request to participate in this survey promised inclusion in a draw taking place on 1st February, even though the delivery of both the parcel and email was later than that???”

“Parcel was left with a neighbour which was fine. The box had a large dent in it but fortunately the product was well packaged with bubble wrap so no damage was done. It appears the box was probably crushed in your van.”

“Usually good but our last parcel came back totally destroyed and half of the contents missing as the box had been left to get so wet it fell apart. Shame...”

“The tracker stated parcel would be received 28/01/2016 between 16:59 and 17:59, it was actually delivered on 26/01/2016 at some point during the day and left in the porch. I still got my parcel, but definitely needs more accuracy on the tracker!”

“I was told by email that my parcel would arrive between 5 and 6 p.m. It actually turned up at 3 p.m., i.e. 2 hours earlier. Fortunately I was in at that time ... but that sort of thing could cause problems for other people.”

“About an hour outside of prediction, but these things happen, hard to put a time to something that relies on the traffic being ok. parcel arrived ok on day of delivery what more can you say.”

“Email to tell me about time and date.Arrived home no parcel. Checked on line, delivery left on time in porch, apart from the fact that was impossible. Rang and told that someone would check with the local depo and get back to me. I missed call,but next morning a neighbour gave me the parcel, not a problem but no card was left to tell me this and I would've saved my neighbour the inconvenience and collected myself moral check with the neighbours first haha”

“As my parcel had fragile car lights in it, I was extremely stressed out (as was the sender) over it being marked as delayed for 4 days on the tracking info page. No other info just delayed, the sender found out it went over to Ryton in the North East instead over heading to Ireland. I was quite surprised to receive it yesterday as the tracking page still had it as "Delayed". I've given an overall rating as "Normal" due to the tracking not being updated and it's a busy time of year, but the parcel arrived in good condition so "No harm done". Thanks.. Richie”

“delivery drivers should be careful not to drive on grass verges, our road is narrow but there is very little traffic. They should always take care not to drive on the verge, if a car should come while he is stopped that car can take a little verge without damaging it, but the delivery van is much heavier. I think your driver went on my verge a bit and i had to spend some time repairing it. It is unlikely to recover fully at this time of the year before the spring.”
