This was a bad news good news transaction. Also it was my first time using this company Bad news- paid for pick up between 8-1. My client sat at home waiting for this pick up which did not happen until about 2:20. Issues a refund for the £2 I paid for the timed pick up, but I got a lot of grief from my client who was not pleased at all. Good news. Delivered next day as promised. Email came out saying the delivery would be between 7-8pm. Problem, our business is shut by them. Called and asked if they could do something to deliver prior to 5pm. Package delivered at 3:45. Thanks. Mixed emotions about using this service again

The (expensive, hand-made item) parcel was left behind a wheelie bin on recycling day. Had the parcel been removed along with the recycling, we would not have been able to replace the contents. Luckily Jenny went home early and saw it before the recycling was collected. We appreciate the fact that the driver left the parcel to avoid inconveniencing us, and luckily the parcel was fine.

Hi, Firstly you are lucky that these drivers work for you. All the drivers that have delivered to my address have been polite, and professional. However, I must say quite clearly that this delivery should have been made on Wednesday 27th May and not 1st of June. I have incurred additional cost purchasing an alternative product for a job as the delivery was late. When I need a timely delivery I will not be relying on your service in the future.

The driver knocked on front door and left the parcel on the doorstep. By the time I opened the door he was almost out of sight. I guess he did what he was supposed to do but it is hard to justify a better than average score.

i asked the seller to inform you that you need to give me a call one hour before the delivery but nobody did that.I dont know to be honest if it was your mistake or the seller forgot to tell you but in any case likely i was home

parcel arrived exactly as if it came from royal mail. nothing exciting, but nothing bad either. in my book this is how it should be.

My parcel was delivered promptly but I was disappointed that the driver choose to drop my parcel over a 6ft gate! It was a heavy parcel containing chrome door handles, thankfully they do not appear to be damaged, but your driver should have considered that parcels may contain fragile items before dropping them from a height!

Perfectly adequate delivery service - I did not however receive the email / text message notification that I was to be the next delivery, the courier just arrived unannounced.

The driver was not very friendly and barely spoke a word. I like that you give a one hour window text message though.

Parcel did not require signing for and so was left for us. The only issue was that it was raining and it could have been left undercover - garden table was available 5 yards from the door, instead of us getting a wet box which was then hazardous to lift.

My wife was at home when the parcel was delivery. But the parcel was left to the gatehouse, not delivery to home address. If I didn't track the parcel, I really don't know my parcel had been delivery!!

I had left 'special instructions' to put parcel in my green house (side of house) if I wasn't in. But it was left behind the gate and because it was raining hard the bottom of the cardboard box had almost broken. Good job it was plants and not electrical goods!

Had a parcel delivered today by ipost. This service was good and efficient BUT I've had previous bad experiences, including a lost parcel, compounded by their total disregard to my (several) attempts of contact for compensation etc!!!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMERS RELATIONS.
