“deliveries usually made by you are delivered mid afternoon rather than before 12 but always guaranteed the day I expect them good overall service”

“Parcel turned up between the allotted times which I had received by text. Was just posted through the door as it didn't need to be signed for, so I didn't have any interaction with the driver. Thank you.”

“2 parcels were left on Saturday, don't know which one you left but both parcels were left outside. We were in but not much effort was made to contact us.”

“Easy to arrange, but hard to sort any problems out as no contact centre, but cheap... DHL quoted 25, Ipost was £7. I was kept up to date with collection and delivery times, although the original collection was for 19.00 -20.00, but the business closed at 17.00! No way of changing. Next day got an email saying parcel will be collected at 18.45-19.45... no better, but it ended up being collected before17.00. Over all, cheap, efficient...as long as there are no problems that you would like to speak to someone about!”

“Our parcel was left with a neighbour ( which would normally be great) but it was not next door but 7 doors away. Please in future could drivers leave it only with close neighbours, either not more than 2 doors away or directly across the road. Thanks.”

“Unfortunately I was informed, on Wednesday, by email that the delivery would be on Friday. I had an email at 6am on Thursday stating the delivery would be between 8.04 and 9.04. The delivery driver somehow gained access to the flats without using the buzzer and then used the knocker on my flat, not the doorbell. This was about 8.05 and I was in bed and thought I heard the postman delivering post which makes a similar noise. A few minutes later I heard the letterbox, as I thought, again. This was odd so I got up and found the delivery note which stated that my package had been left at the flat opposite. I was glad that the driver did that but wish he had noticed that I had a doorbell. Also telling people at 6am, when they are in bed, that the delivery will be a couple of hours later it not terribly helpful. Moan over”

“I have no idea which delivery you are referring to as I had nothing delivered yesterday (Sunday). I had two things arrive at my house today, don't know which one was delivered by you. Both arrived in decent time since ordering and both in good condition.”

“The driver was very kind, it didn't take long for the delivery to come, the company is pretty decent. I use them regularly i suggest that other people use them too as you won't be disappointed!!!”

“Quite frankly I have no idea how you did since i am around 15 miles from where you delivered the parcel which was a gift to Steve Day who I am obviousley not since you e-mailed me as thegift giver. Steve got his beers and was pleased with the gift for his birthday. Thank you. I received 2 mails from you to say (1) the parcel was out for delivery and (2) to say the driver was delayed.”
