“How is it possible to write a review about being handed a parcel on your doorstep??? Get a grip and stop wasting time and money on stupid and pointless surveys that have nothing to do with anything. Personally I will not be using your service if this is what you subject your customers to.”

“I wasn't home when the delivery arrived. Someone else in the house took delivery. As nothing much was said about it I guess there was nothing remarkable, good or bad, to remark on. Glad there is healthy competetion out there”

“I ordered a parcel. You delivered the parcel. I received my parcel. Well done for reading an address and ringing the correct doorbell. The quality of service is what one might expect from a parcel delivery service. If you had delivered the parcel whilst juggling chainsaws, riding a unicycle and cuddling a baboon called Norman, then that would have qualified for a special note of praise but as this sadly, wasn't the case you will have to satisfy yourself with a " Well done for not being crap and delivering to the wrong address. If it makes you feel better, feel free to pat yourself on the back from me. Well done.”

“Hello, If you had a parcel for us yesterday I don't know what happened to it because it wasn't delivered to our address. I would gladly write a review but I don't know what to say in this case. We receive a number of parcels weekly through a number of couriers and are happy with them all. Please get back to me. Regards, roy burrows (p.s. i had to put Normal as it wouldn't take my comment without picking one)”

“Generally acceptable but the delivery contained on broken bottle that had soaked the bottom of the outer carton. This should have been identified before delivery.”
