“Package came in good condition but they were about 45 mins late. If the time they delivered was within the times provided to you it will be much better.”

“Wasn't home when delivery person came. Parcel left hidden by my front door. Glad about this as work 5 days a week and would probably not be home for a delivery.”

“The parcel had been delivered on time but left outside the house in an exposed location. A little more effort could have been used to leave the item in a more secure area with a note through the door mentioning the location. Thanks”

“I was told that it would arrive at my house at 3:15 to 4:15 but didn't get it till some time after 7 the only one good thing I could say was that the delivery driver helped me with my parcel as I am pregnant and wasn't able to lift it.”

“The communication was excellent, with an email sent to me in the morning to give me a one-hour time slot, which was accurate. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful, bringing my parcel into the house for me as it was very heavy. However, the item was very slightly damaged, and had been packaged by the sender very well so the damage must have occurred whilst the package was in the possession of the courier, which was disappointing.”

“In terms of booking & collection very good. Their pricing is very competitive as well. We have had a number of shipments that were delivered quickly. Be warned Tracking is suspect and not truly reliable - we have experienced instances of "delayed" for 4 weeks and "delivered" when the package were held by customs. The customer service is very poor if you can get them to respond you get a template response which reiterates their point not addressing your query - do not try UK Mail (even though they are the same organisation) as they are not able to help! They will charge you if customer has given incorrect address details and the parcel is returned. We have been asked for between £30 and £40 on different occasions, the original shipments were charged around £15.”

“Arrived on time but unfortunately left out in rain when perfectly good recycle bin available by front door,fortunately well packaged in bubble wrap inside cardboard box so no harm done but driver could,nt know that,no attempt was made to leave at either neighbour.”

“Delivery was fast. The online information systems are poor. I was only updated on day of delivery and apart from the booking info, there was no further data available. This is an issue planning for receiving parcels. Best of luck.”

“What a pointless questionnaire. The van came up the drive, the doorbell rang, the driver asked me to sign for the parcel; I did so; he thanked me and handed it to me. I thanked him. We said goodbye. He got into the van and drove away. Job done. The whole "parcel experience" (what idiotic PR/Management Consultant came up with that one?!) took less time than writing this stupid review.”
