“it would have been nice to get a note to say its been delivered to neighbor i cannot always get to a computer in my job but thanks for the 2 plus weeks it took to come considering it was next day delivery have a good new year miss janice humphreys”

“Good fast delivery although driver was in a rush and was already walking off and had left the parcel in the wheely bin when I'd got to the door as I'm disabled so took a few minutes.”

“The parcel arrived on time however it looked like it had taken a bit of a battering although being labeled as fragile. The goods inside were damaged and have been returned for replacement”

“Delivery time was very quick although my specific driver didn't actually knock to deliver the parcel, he put it beside my bin & posted a slip to tell me where it was (which I heard him post so no way I missed him knocking).”

“I got my parcel without any incident however I was given a very specific 1 hr delivery slot (terrific) so made sure I was home at the time. However no one actually buzzed my flat so although the package was delivered I don't know exactly what time it was delivered or if it was left outside the main door or brought inside by the delivery person or another person in my building. Still, it was received intact and I am happy with this.”

“Sent an email one day with a one hour delivery slot that evening....no parcel arrived . Sent an email next morning with a one hour delivery slot ....parcel arrived. No explanation received for the service.”

“I would have said excellent service for this delivery as to get a 1 hour slot is brilliant. However - my parcel had clearly been opened - even the wrapping paper inside the box had been taken off. The person looking inside clearly didn't want what was inside. We missed the delivery driver by a couple of minutes as we saw him drive away so it definitely hadn't been opened by anyone else. Can you explain? I will also get in touch with the vendor.”

“the oarcel was not left on site as we were not in, the card said in the "other" box "out" so not sure what is happening with the parcel, you can deliver it to 10 pound close steeple claydon 200 yards away from our address, or to unit 10 Hunters Farm Fleet Marston, ASylesbury, Bucks, hp18 0pz fi there is a problem, or leave at post office, or neighbours 3 or 5 next to us. thnaks mike”
