“Everything was fine with delivery, kept up to date etc. only downside was I wasn't in when the parcel arrived. Instead of keeping it safe for me to pick up, my parcel with a value of over £1000 was left on my doorstep. Other than that the service was fine.”

“Very pleased it finally arrived on Monday before despite waiting all day for it on Saturday and the initial text messages on Monday morning to say it might not be possible to deliver it on Monday! Still receiving text messages (two) for same parcel saying delay with delivery this morning!! I think you need to look into yo9ur computer system....or human error???”

“My Parcel arrived on time, but was left outside (as i was not in) it was great the parcel was delivered, but would have been terrible if someone had stolen the parcel. it would have been better if the parcel has been stored in a safe location or given to a neighbour.”

“I saw the driver pull up through my window so was ready at the door, he handed me the parcel but didn't say hello or anything. He said "name" so I told him my surname (it was on the address of the parcel) and he handed me the signing machine. There was no "please sign here" or anything like that. He handed me a biro pen and then turned it round in my hand so it was non ink end round and gestured for me to sign. He then left. He wasn't exactly impolite, perhaps hisEnglish was poor, but he wasn't very jolly! Otherwise, it was securely delivered!”

“The box was pretty battered and the stock inside was all over the place, so it had obviously been thrown upside down at some point. As much as there was no "Fragile" on the outside, it was clear that the box had been through the mill!”

“The good: the parcel turned up on time and was left in a safe place. The bad: There isn't the facility to track the parcel's progress that other companies provide. The only way to contact their customer service is via a web form that appears bug ridden as it kept refusing to submit my message.”

“ipost provide a decent parcel delivery service, they also provide a text service to give a prediction on when they are delivering a parcel but in my case the text system let's them down. I buy many items daily from lots of suppliers and have them delivered to a number of places. The ipost system is good at sending a text to give a predicted delivery time but because the text does not tell me who is sending the item or a deliery address it become worthless and actually becomes a little irritating.”

“Collection from UK was brilliant, on time, pleasant driver. Unfortunately at this end (Spain) delivery was due on 9th but there is appears to be a problem of some sort according to the online tracking. Yesterday, first thing, I called, the number on the contact page which is incorrect for international deliveries but they gave me another number to call. I left a telephone number with them so the driver could call me and have heard nothing. The girl I spoke to said they have to use other companies for international deliveries but didn't sound very interested. Bit concerned that my parcel may have vanished in a black hole somewhere???”
