“Parcel was not left with a neighbour as requested but left behind our car in the drive, anyone going to our next door neighbours door would have been able to see it and it could have been taken.”

“The sender of the parcel claimed that it would fit through our letter box, just in case we where out, We where out, but the package was left stood by the front door! I did try it and yes it would have fitted through the letter box.”

“My delivery driver was very abrupt.......and I remembered him from a previous delivery a couple of months ago because he was abrupt then! I'm not used to it, delivery drivers are usually relatively polite. Perhaps he needs to have a little training in customer service? Just an idea......”

“Despite being in, the front door wasn't knocked on and the parcel was simply left in the porch. Usually delivery drivers at least see if anyone is at home.”

“Parcel arrived within the specified time but sadly was ripped at both ends, luckily nothing escaped from the package. It was in an ipost bag but think the bag was not strong enough so not your fault but the fault of the person sending.”

“The parcel did arrive as per the text sent to me. It was left with a neighbour. Unfortunately no delivery card was put through my door advising me of this and when concerned, I checked the delivery status online it said it was signed for for a member of my family which was impossible as nobody was at home. After searching the house and garden my neighbour eventually arrived home and gave the parcel to me. Notification card next time please!”

“The driver delivered to a shop near to my office. I got no information. Next day I contacted the customer service of Dell. They contacted the driver. After one hour the driver came again and I got my parcel.”

“I was told it would arrive between 11.35 and 12.35. It actually arrived at about 5.30 in the afternoon after I had contacted the seller.”

“The parcel arrived. I was given a three day window. It was delivered on the second day. What more can I say? There was no tracking info so someone had to hang around waiting!”
