“I just missed the van, actually passing it in the street as I went out. The driver however used common sense and left the parcel in a safe place and put a card through the letter box. No more nor less than I expected, but at least I didn't have to wait in for a redelivery or traipse 12 miles out to a local depot to collect, so all in all I was happy with the service.”

“Received a text delivery slot from ipostparcels which was great, delivery scheduled between 15:30 - 16:30, parcel actually arrived about 17:30, not really a problem as I was in anyway, but have become accustomed to some couriers delivering within the notified time slot so surprised this was late. Upon delivery the courier was polite and parcel delivered in good condition. I really like the system that DPD operate, you receive a text delivery slot as above, but are given the options to change delivery date, post to neighbour or accept delivery. You can also track the location of the couriers van.....all adds vital communication between the courier and recipient and the recipient can plan their delivery, with the courier having more successful deliveries, saves everybody time and effort. It'd be great if ipostparcels could adopt this system.”

“driver not very friendly and moans about having to come down our drive, although narrow it has been widened, at the time Tesco were making a delivery and he had no problem and he had a larger lorry...”

“When I booked the service thought it was next day service, only to find out 3-4 days delivery, opted for driver to bring labels. When driver collected I was a little worried as driver had no labels as depot printer wasn't working which I found unacceptable. Parcel was delivered ok, Would have to think to wether I would use again instead of other couriers”

“The man who actually delivered the parcel was pleasant and polite however, the content of the parcel was ruined as it was smashed and not repairable.”

“My latest parcel from this company came damaged, part torn/open and looked like it had been hit by other larger parcels or even got wet then dried out type of look, although the contents were ok inside (they was also in a box), there could have been more care. If they box was accepted from the sender like this, it should be clearly noted on collection by a signature from the sender to negate the issue being caused in transit.”

“I was initially really UNHAPPY that my parcel simply was not collected as arranged. I made a very high level complaint that evening and it was addressed the very next day, the parcel was collected and I was issued a full refund immediately. No complaints with how my complaint was handled but overall service was certainly nothing special.”

“better comunication on delivery dates would be good, I was being told delivery detween the 1st and the 5th Aug the package arrived 30th July ? it had to be taken in by my next door neighbor.”

“The delivery was fast. However we left a note asking for the parcel to be put at the back of the house and this was ignored and the parcel left in full view , at the front of the house.”
