Notified by email/txt my delivery would be between 12.35 and 13.35. Calling after 13.35 i was told that a new scanner was being used and caused a fault resulting in wrong notification times being sent out. Parcel delivery other than that went smoothly.

Parcel was down for delivery on Friday. It did not arrive, nothing on website, phoned, told system down, could I phone back, did so but phone not answered - 5pm. Checked website Saturday, nothing changed, stayed in just in case there was a delivery. Ditto Monday. Tues morning contacted the sender and explained situation, they came straight back to say there had been a system error on this delivery and the local depot were not aware of the parcel being in their location. Delivered next day; texted with delivery time. Delivery man was lovely, said he kept scanning the parcel but it came up 'not for delivery'. So, not all bad, just a shame about the mix-up.

I found it very easy to book my collection however I paid for my parcel to be collected before 1pm ,it was collected 45 minutes late which is unacceptable. The driver was rude and unapologetic and the person who the parcel was coming from wasn't impressed. I also requested an SMS to let me no when the parcel would arrive yet no text. I tried to contact you and im still awaiting your reply. Overall the service is poor, expensive as I've paid for things I've not received and im not confident that you could do any better in the future. I wont recommend to others.

Email said delivery between 08.19 and 09.19 Parcel delivered between 13.30-15.00 Other than that, and the fact I got my parents to do the school run so I could wait in for it, as you volunteered the time via email, and I waited, and waited and waited... And couldn't track the parcel via my ipad as it didn't work.. I guess everything is fine. I've given a normal rating of 3/5 because had you not offered a time or parcel tracking via the website, I would have been very happy.

Fast, easy and very good value. Refund fro missed collection slot was quick and hassle free. However communication is difficult as you cannot reply to the emails and everytime have to start a new message from their website. Parcel was damaged in front of my eyes by careless driver.

Great service that emails the recipient an hour slot when parcel will be delivered. Mine was 16.09 - 1709. The only downside to that is I wasn't emailed until 12.30 the same day, so had wasted my morning waiting for the email to come in!

1st delivery failed to find address? Had to ring depot to get resent. 2nd driver found address with no problem. Parcel was on a 48hr delivery, took nearly a week to get to me!!

Parcels received BUT client had requested and paid for a signature on delivery - parcels were dumped over our gate with no signature obtained.

The booked (at extra cost) am collection failed resulting in the parcel taking 2 days longer to arrive. Hopefully this is a '1 off' incident

Your service is acceptable - but no more than that. for examples of really excellent service look at DPD who email a delivery time-slot of 1 hour. This is the way to do it!!

I have no idea who this company is. I receive parcels all the time. It would have been helpful if your request for a review actually included info on what was delivered and when.

Whilst I was pleased that my parcel (containing chocolate) was not left outside (even though it wasn't raining) and was well wrapped, I was slightly concerned by the fact that the delivery driver had gone over my padlocked gates to gain access to the back of my house to deliver the parcel. Had my dog been out, I would not have been responsible for the outcome of him coming across a stranger in the garden. I did request that if I were not in the parcel be left with a neighbour, which was clearly printed on the parcel label but this for whatever reason did not happen. The neighbour had been in all day.

The parcel was delivered on the expected day by a very presentable young man. Unfortunat;ly the outer cover, probably housing the delivery documents (invoice etc.) was very badly torn and whatever had been included under the label was no longer there I have no details therefore of the sender or a return address which will mean I will have to research this Harry S Martin 40 Clifton Street Failsworth M35 9EE
