“The delivery came on time, it was a bit strange that it was left in our Gazebo as we were out!! There was an electrician, a decorator and myself in the house!! The doorbell didn't work due to electrical work being done but he certainly could have seen us from the garden!!!!! Mike”

“I paid extra for a morning collection, the parcel wasn't collected within the time period (approx 40 mins late). I sent an email regarding a possible refund on the additional charge paid for a timed collection but from that point have heard nothing from you! Will be trying another courier next time!”

“On several occasions the person that was sending item asked to be called when your company arrived to collect the item that was sent to me. However, instead of this happening the driver went to the mail room to collect the parcel, only to find that it was not. Which prolonged the delivery process. In short, please be more aware of special requests.”

“at the Hartelpool's delivery i would accepted more flexibility from the driver and not to leave the parcel behind for an extra day. my friend had to drop it at the collection point.”

“The overall performance of the staff is Ok but the ones that answer the emails are questionable Please study the following cases CCD9AC7, CCDF756, CCDD946, CCDDA81, And finally CCDF756 came up with some clear information. I can’t understand that even the Regional Customer Care Team Leader Rosie Cornish gets it totally wrong if she has read my Emails she should understand that I want the Parcel Collected on Tuesday the 25 Feb 2014 There will be nobody at the collection point on the 24 Feb is that clear now. So please for the last and final time confirm that you have understood this and email me a reply so that I can read that you have finally understood what I want. I am considering sending this to Mr McDonald CEO at Head office for his information and opinion. Best wishes Alex The delivery was very good and always has been so in the past, This time I can only mark it as normal”

“I have always found ipostparcels to be efficient, reliable, and safe. Until the last two months, really. Next day delivery delivered a day late. Morning collection picked up well into the afternoon.”
