“Service and speed was very good. But my package was just left on the counter of the retail outlet my wife works without a word being said. The parcel could so easly have been picked up and taken be one of her customers!”

“I had a parcel delivered yesterday, 24hr express delivery, thanx for that! Only thing you could do to improve your service is, to let the customer know roughly what time you are going to deliver. I work night shifts and had to wait up all day, whilst between shifts, for a delivery that didn't arrive until after 6pm.”

“Quick delivery and good notification of when. We were slow getting to main building front door and found parcel in open porch. If we had not been around this may have gone.”

“The service needs improvement. The original delivery day was delayed with no explanation then the second delivery day given was incorrect and then parcel turned up on a completely different day! So not very reliable. Considering how some delivery companies allow you to track your parcel and can tell you when you will receive it within a few minutes this service seems a bit behind with the times! But the actual delivery driver was very friendly so thumbs up there!”

“After being emailed and text the delivery time between 15.14 and 16.14 i went to the shop and got back at 14.50 to discover that my parcel had been left outside and could be plainly seen by passersby, the delivery driver made no attempt to contact me to inform me that he was going to do this, this also meant that i never signed for the parcel even though it clearly states that a signature was mandatory on the delivery note stuck to the front”

“I-Post are normaly pretty good with UK Deliveries, however stay clear from using them for International deliveries and if a Parcel goes missing in the UK, its a very long winded process to get any sense from anyone working there.”

“I cannot say much about the delivery, I did not see the driver. He merely put the 2 parcels in the garden by my back door, & put the usual note through the front door. The 2 parcels were each quite heavy though. The delivery was prompt ( within 48 hours), & the packages were in good condition. Although I was at home at the time of the delivery, I had not stayed at home specifically to receive the delivery, this just fits in with my normal working hours. I had, however, put off doing some things that meant I might have missed hearing the delivery driver ring, if he'd gone straight to the front door - ironic!”

“The parcel was left outside my door which was not the safest place to leave it as it has access to anyone living in the building. Luckily I have good people in the building. It could have been left at the dry cleaners across the road or with one of my neighbours who would have been home. Glad to not have had to go to the depot to collect but a little more thought into leaving a parcel laying around would be a good idea.”

“Delivery OK. However, I was disappointed that the courier put the parcel in the porch, clearly visible, so vulnerable to passers-by deciding to investigate! I had asked the seller to request that courier hid the package among the greenery in the garden, letting me know via a message through the letter box. Liz”

“the address section often struggles with non UK address, saying you cannot use those characters for any kind of accent marks. this is not good, as you have to do the address correctly for the person delivering the packager in THAT country, and UK Mail has not taken into account that countries outside the UK have a differtent langiage to English! The address should be able to be written the correct way for the destination country. this site does not facilitate that! also, sometimes it gives you the price to send a package of the dimensions you enter, then you go through and try and book it, and it says its too big. another fault! Besides all those fault, its not bad!”

“Having an account with UK mail I find it ridiculous that I can buy this item cheaper from I post than I can using our own account . What is the point of having an account with you ? Kind regards Steve Cross”

“Received a text message earlier in the week to say there may be a problem with the delivery of the package and to call a number to talk to their sales team. Was on hold for 10 minutes and didn't have time to be on hold (was at work) so contacted them via email to which I never received a reply. The package was actually delivered yesterday - delivery man was polite, no problems. Just confused over what was the issue was that I had to call them about.”
