“I didn't receive a parcel yesterday as stated in your email so cannot comment on anything apart from not receiving anything?!?! Where was the delivery made to and roughly what was it you delivered??”

“I get deliveries most days with various carriers. I had a number of deliveries yesterday. If you tell me which one came with yourselves I can write a review.”

“Very informative in terms if tracking. But leaving with a local off license 5 miles away if you can't be in i(because if work) s a pain. Why not deliver to a neighbour or deliver in the evening?”

“I had two deliveries yesterday - absolutely no idea who delivered what, you know how it is. However, the one I suspect is yourselves was underwhelmingly normal. Knocked on door and by the time I answered it (I was upstairs), the delivery man was already en route to plan B (leave with neighbour). I had to carry the box from neighbour's wall into house (no real hardship, but ...) and as he waltzed up the road he shouted "what's your name?" ... No different to many previous Royal Mail deliveries really - certainly no improvement. At least my parcel wasn't left in the dustbin - which once happened. ;-)”

“I was texted in the morning with an hour slot for the delivery, which was great, however the delivery arrived about 1.5 hours before that hour slot. This was fine for me, as was in anyway, however could have caused major problems on another occasion.”

“I was happy with the service but the first time they tried to deliver my package and I wasn't there they didn't live a delivery note which they should have.”

“I have put normal for the overall rating because the table top came damaged of which a replacement has been sent out but I don't know if it was damaged in transit or at the warehouse. All communication and speed of delivery cannot be faulted.”

“Courier wouldn't come near the front door as he heard my dogs barking! He told my son to go make sure they were shut away and made me go out to him to sign. Not very friendly at all and frankly in the wrong job if he has a serious dog phobia!”
