Did NOT receive a delivery yesterday. Or did you mean last Friday?

Driver was 30 minutes ahead of time. Fine on day, but I was out early - good job I came home early, otherwise I would not have got delivery. Not clever. Like all delivery drivers, they don't seem to understand, home owners al don't just sit right behind the door, waiting for the bell. None ever have any patience, and within 10 seconds they are heading away the parcel or writing a card. This one was no different, he had already taken steps back to the gate. Plus they bang on door, expecting an immediate response.

Driver delivered the item but the box was damaged thankfully the item wasn't damaged.

I find you 2 extremes. Very good and very poor! I love the way I can say to people that you give a 1 hour slot for collection and your prices for larger items is excellent. Also delivery is fast and good mostly. The problem I have is when things go wrong. I have even emailed to the highest person and got no reply. You lost a parcel back in early January and I have still not been recompensed for it. Everyt time i try to ring Milton Keynes as told I cant get through and have waited indefinitely! I also had a problem when I tried to see why an item hadnt arrived> I couldnt check the address on the invoice only the postcode. It had gone to the wrong house because I put the wrong number. I also have had a problem when wantimg to cancel for various reasons. The only way I have been able to get my money back is through paypal.

Delivery scheduled between 5pm and 6pm, unfortunately ran late and not delivered until 7.15pm. A component in the carton was damaged, however the carton was in poor condition when despatched, and until I hear from the sender cannot comment on whether the damage was likely to have been caused on this delivery

Delivered on time, no problems. My suggestion is to schedule deliveries to business addresses by 6pm, not by 8pm as many normal offices are closed by 8pm. Thank you

You sent me an email stating delivery would be between 0830 and 0930. He arrived at 0725 thats not very accurate at all and too damned early!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

good points....... we were not in so driver left in a concealed safe spot for us. not so good points ....next day delivery should have been on last saturday, it lay in the depot re reason unknown then delivered on thursday.

I got an email saying the parcel would be delivered between 8am & 9am but the parcel wasn't delivered until the next day,no problem really,but you did ask

After having a neighbour redeliver the parcel I was happy. Just a shame the driver was incapable of reading the label.

I really do not know what to say. I got home to find, that my parcel had already arrived (4/02/2105) and signed for by my daughter but received notification for the actual delivery the next day (5/02/2015) and so was not able to use the "request notification" link that came along with it.

item was delivered to Argos for click and collect and not direct to me.

had an Email to say delivery was on it's way but I was unable to be at home to receive it. Got home to find a card through the door to say the parcel was behind the side gate. This was okay as it had been dry but as the parcel was clothing it would possibly have been ruined if it had rained between when it was delivered and when I found it.
