“Parcel was not delivered within the times given in the email I was sent, so I was not in when delivered, luckily a neighbour took delivery.”

“As I am currently 250 miles away from home, and have been for the past 4 days, I have no idea who has my parcel! I am returning home tomorrow so I may edit this review if I find a card through my door indicating that a trusted neighbour has my item. The padded envelope, containing my item, had been crammed through my letter box so I guess that's fine. I'd be interested to know if it was supposed to be signed for?”

“Despite the label telling the delivery person where to leave the parcel if there was no answer, he left it with a neighbour. That was fair but the neighbour is ill I feel embarrassed that he was disturbed, even though he delivered it personally when we arrived home.”

“Your email dated 2nd March requesting I rate your service, makes reference to a delivery yesterday. Yesterday was a Sunday. No parcels are delivered on a Sunday. Furthermore, if I carry out this review I will be entered into a draw.......which occurred on the 1st March. I take it I didn't win...but then again I had no chance really. Your delivery service is excellent, parcel came three days ago. Your review system is worryingly inadequate.”

“I'm not sure which parcel you are referring to when you say the parcel I received yesterday. I received a parcel in the middle of last week, not yesterday. After the parcel was delivered I had an email apologising and saying the courrier had been delayed but would deliver the parcel as soon as possible. As we are expecting more than one parcel I am rather confused about which parcel(s) have been delivered or delayed!”

“I did not receive any parcels yesterday. There was one last week which was fine but I can't recall which company was responsible for the delivery”

“It would be an immense help to know if a delivery is scheduled for am or pm! Could you not text or message the customer prior to delivery, say next drop off? Little things make such a big difference.”

“PARCEL WAS LEFT ON FRONT DOOR STEP RATHER THAN AT THE BACK DOOR SO NOT IN VIEW . I RECEIVED THIS E-MAIL TODAY 2/3/15 SO HOW CAN I BE ENTERED FOR A DRAW TAKING PLACE 1/3/15??? PREVIOUS DELIVERIES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GOOD THANK YOU.”

“As this email arrived on the 2nd March I don't think that there is a chance of being entered in a free draw that, allegedly, took place on the 1st March. We had good communication with ipost to let us know what day and what time our Greenhouse would arrive. We were given a time slot of between 1300 and 1400 hours, but it arrived at around 10.30am when we would not normally be here. Luckily my partner was in. Everything worked out ok so no big deal, the driver was possibly passing and thought he would try but the "free draw" from Reviews.co.uk does not inspire trust in your company”

“Very quick service & on time. One problem, the driver let us know he was there by ringing the bell then thumping the door, my wife & I are not deaf & thought he was breaking the door down, perhaps next time we could give him a key to save damaging our front door.”

“The driver was pleasant and parcel was in good shape the only problem was he turned around on wet grass and got stuck os I was left with 2 ruts and a muddy drive.”

“There was no call to advise one hour delivery slot, as promised Parcel was delivered to correct "leave safe" location but no attempt had been made to ring or knock at front door, or to leave a note that delivery had been made. House was occupied throughout the day. Only by checking "Leave safe" location at 6.30pm that parcel was found. No idea how long it had been there. Dry ice bags contained with food had certainly thawed but excellent packing ensured no damage to contents.”
