“Use to be very Good service, since new year standards have gone down hill due to the extra workload taken by city link I think. Hopefully over time they will return to there good standard.”

“Parcel arrived yesterday dinner time undamaged which was good but was let down by the fact i received an email 9 hrs after it was delivered asking if I wanted to be notified when I was next on the round ????”

“Hello although the parcel was undamaged and delivered promptly I think your driver could have assisted my wife to place it inside the house as it was very heavy. we are in our seventies and a little help would have been appreciated.”

“i cannot fault the regular delivery chap.always courteous and on schedule. it is a big plus to have the delivery text with the one hour window -no more waiting for parcels that do not arrive or wasting hours sitting at home when i could be doing something worthwhile.the only negative i have is when something goes wrong with a delivery then contacting ipostparcels is a most frustrating process.therefore i can only rate customer service contact as a distinct test of endurance.one gets the feeling that their attitude is"if we make any claim difficult to make then hopefully the customer will give up and go away!"the company needs to a good close look at this aspect of their business.”

“Despite careful packaging and VERY clear labelling that the package was fragile, some of my consignment was broken - I know that we send fragile items at our own risk, however the packaging was very very good and I think had just a little bit of care been taken by the staff handling then this breakage could have been avoided”

“Really pleased to have been given an hour time slot. Item arrived on time, it would though have been nice if the delivery driver had been courteous enough to help me get the box in rather than leave it out on the drive given the size and weight.”

“I had a problem and left a message but no-one got back to to help. Good picking and dropping parcel, was given info on when parcel being picked up and delivered. Need to help customers if they need help.”

“In fact, it arrived on Friday, not yesterday. The time was not as notified. We were emailed to tell us our parcel would arrive between 14.10 and 15.10. In fact, it arrived around noon when we'd only JUST returned home. I guess had we not been at home, the driver would have returned when we expected him to.”

“The parcel was delivered within the expected time agreed with the vendor. unfortunately the item was a mirror which arrived broken in three. Some of the blame could be on the vendor as there was no ridgity to the parcel .”

“I'm sure your driver was lovely and I'm grateful that he left the parcel in safe hands but he didn't come until after closing time and the shop where he left it isn't open yet this morning so I still haven't received it.”
