Left outside front door in full view of everyone going past, lucky it was still there when I arrived home !

Where to start? The delivery took around a week to arrive, not so hot for a premium p[aid service. To this add the fact that when it did arrive, it arrived the day before the noted schedule (this may be considered a plus but read on). When it did arrive it was placed in our shed (so far so good) but was left so close to the door it became soaked (not so good). I had printed the authorising cover note for the delivery but as it arrived early the driver would not/was not able to collect this authorisation (of what use is it then?) All in all a poor second rate service that retailers/distributors would be advised to avoid.

Blank cards left, card ref numbers don't work online or on phone to rebook/arrange collection. No phone number given-had to google it. Phone service very poor-kept inputting consignment number wrong and didn't care-just told me to contact the sender! Also stopped me collecting from Middleton depot as they told me it shut at 5pm. It shuts at 8pm (the driver told me!). Would NEVER touch ukmail again

I was being sent a perfect working condition Xbox 360 in the post. The box was incredibly battered when it arrived and the Xbox no longer works as the hard drive has been damaged in transit. Thanks a bunch. What are you going to do about it?

The first attempt was shocking. I was left a card and as instructed I emailed to say I would pick up. I waited for over an hour to be told they couldn't find the parcel. My husband went twice the following day still no luck. We were promised phone calls to update us and got none. He went again on the Monday still no parcel. Eventually after the item being re sent it arrived. No apologies. We wasted hours of our time and also petrol. Worst service I have ever had.

Parcel was due to be delivered on 10 March. Following the status on the website, the driver was marked as running late. Then, insult of insult, the status was changed to "Delivery Rearranged By Recipient", which was complete testicles, as the "recipient" was not contacted. So this is just plain and simple lying. Was finally delivered a day late.

The driver didn't check his notes to pick the parcel up from front porch even after to attempts and calling customer services. I had to personally drop the parcel off myself at the depot in birmingham. Then the item was damaged during transit so now i was unable to get a refund from the supplier. Overall a very poor service and i wish i had done the overall 180mile trip myself. If a job is worth doing its worth doing yourself not using a poor courier service.

My parcel was left in full view at front of my terraced house behind my bin. Anyone could have took it and good job it was not bin day.

This was supposed to be a redelivery, as I haven't received my parcel at first attempt. Apparently I got it yesterday, but they must have delivered it to somebody else... cause there is still no sign of a delivery man, or my parcel.....

Delivery between 13.59 +14.59. At 15.01 message driver running late. Check tracking and said delivered at 14.10. No card in door, no message on phone. I had to phone them to see who had my parcel. Not good at all!!!

As the item arrived with damage, and it wasn't sent like that. All the red tape to claim on your insurance makes it a joke. I can say i won't be using your services again, and would not only never reccomend you, but discurage other from using your services.

Retailer sent my good on NEXT DAY delivery, the item was collected from them and sent to your warehouse, but NOT sent out for delivery at all the next day. Being self employed, I was not happy at waiting in for the entire day at my own expense, with you failing to deliver. I did telephone to enquire and had to wait over 40 minutes on hold, before I got to speak to somebody about it. Your agent's only suggestions were that, I could take another day off during the week at my own expense, as you "don't deliver on Saturdays" or collect the item myself, which was 1) impossible for several reasons and 2) the service for which you had been paid to undertake in the first place. He then made a rather insincere apology and ended the call. Having then taken the matter up with the retailer, he was able to get you to deliver it the following day, which was a Saturday - that you supposedly don't work on. This type of failure has proved to be a repeated occurrence with your company. Your opening hours, delivery times and hours of available contact are thoroughly useless to most working people and it seems your staff are entirely uninterested in resolving the problems you create through your own failures. These things consistently represent a piss-poor level of service and a "couldn't care less" attitude - so much so, that I now won't buy goods from retailers who insist on using you as their courier.

I paid for the package to be picked up the next day. I waited in all day. However, the courier didn't arrive. When I called to find out where they were I was told they had already tried to pick up, but nobody was in. I can guarantee I was in and looking out the window at the time they said the pick up was attempted. I don't want to call someone a liar, but... As a result I had to take another day off work and wait in for the courier again. This time he did arrive, but about 5 hours before the time I was told by text/email. Luckily I was in. I doubt I will ever use iPost Pacel again. I think Post Man Pat and his Black and White cat can do a better job.

Paid extra for delivery before 1 pm never happend sent 2 emails of complaint no one has come back to me service very very poor 1 hour of phone calls still nothing sad

I paid 8.99 for next day delivery package . their driver even didn't come to my street but they stated they couldn't find my address. I have been receiving parcels and letters for pas 10 years. it was 1st time that somebody said we cant find the address. it means that the driver even didn't come to my address at all but he lied he couldn't find it. after that I asked them I will pick it up from your depot. I attended their depot and I had been waiting for more than 2 hours to collect my parcel.the service was so bad.
