“I really didn't know UKMail (ipostparcel) is a rubbish courier in the UK. I am a seller and used UKMail (ipostparcel) to send few parcels with them but just within 3 weeks they have lost my 16 parcels and no one bothered to reply any of my emails or phone call. Worst customer service and doesn't take any responsibility. All my customers opened case on PayPal and Amazon so I have full refunded to them. If you are eBay or Amazon seller then please do not use ever UKMail / ipostparcel otherwise you will lose your business reputation. “Parcel containing expensive tool left on my doorstep by the delivery man who didn't bother to ring the bell . I was working in my hallway at the time and heard a van pull up . I heard footsteps up to my door by no ring on the bell - looked out the window to see the driver driving off , opened my front door and there was my parcel! - NOT IMPRESSED!!”

“No parcel was delivered to me and I was not expecting one. The postcode you quoted is not mine. I emailed you about this yesterday but you did not reply - so 0 out of ten this time!”

“Shocking service. Parcel delivered to wrong address. Meant to be house no. 12 delivered to no.26- no note through door. Contacted call centre- they could not tell me where it had been delivered to- very unhelpful even though I gave address, postcode etc. would not recommend again.”

“This was a terrible service and I would not recommend using this company. I am still waiting for a call back following my complaint which I made this morning. I paid for next day delivery and this took nearly a week with unresponsive to poor and disinterested customer service. Next time use parcel force!”

“Ipost are quite simply the very worst courier service available. Although the driver who delivered my parcel was brilliant, I will not longer use Ipost for collections as they dont bother to collect, and they are almost impossible to make contact with to complain to, unless you want to use twitter !! I've moved all my service to Fedex who collect for a cheaper price, and actually do the job you pay them for. My advice, never ever ever use Ipost. I certainly wnt anymore.”

“I didn't appreciate the hammering my door down at 7.30am on a Saturday morning. I thought someone had died! Perhaps the blow would have been softened if I was informed to expect a delivery, the same way most other couriers do.”

“Driver on arrival seemed reluctant to deliver parcel to door, he said he should not enter the building which has telephone security access. I found this attitude quite strange for a delivery driver and wonder how he expects to do door to door delivery.”

“Paid for next day delivery, collected on 5th day, despite calls and emails every day. I wouldn't recommend your business to anyone, and I have now been waiting 3 more days for a return call that I doubt will ever come! Absolute rubbish!!!!!”

“As the valuable parcel ( a pushchair ) was delivered to the wrong address, and took us till the next day to recover, and its loss caused me a great deal of stress, I cannot rate your services as other than very poor. Verity Peto”

“I arranged a delivery for something I purchased off eBay for myself. I pulled up outside my house as the driver was getting the parcel from his van to deliver to me. I simply pointed to him from my car that the parcel was mine and he handed it over. I COULD HAVE BEEN ANYONE!! He asked for no proof of identity, or that I even lived there. No signature was asked for, he just got in his van and continued on his merry way! To top it off, I received an email later that day to say my parcel had been SIGNED FOR! Scandalous service really, just glad it was actually me that received my parcel!”

“I wasn't happy that he left my parcel on the doorstep for the street to see. It could of been stolen. I get a message on the day telling me a time slot however it doesn't give me much time to take off from work to receive it. It would help if to let us know a day or few days before of delivery. Delivery was also advised that it was delayed as well.”

“........the debacle continues. 1330 on Thursday (day 4) - colection was due Monday between 0800 and 1300. No calls from customer services! Upon chasing the promised collection before 1300 was assurred. What a company!”

“I had arranged for the collection, on friday 13th March 2015, had an email to say the my parcel will be collected from my customer, around 3pm -4pm, no collection made. I phoned on monday 16th March i was told by the Glasgow depot it would be collected today, no collection made. Iphoned again on 17th March, they said they had no collection to be made, after 10mins on the phone, i was told the, the orginal collection on the 13th march, was due to an error on the drivers part, then i was told that someone would go and collect the parcel before 12am, which they did. Then i had an email to say my parcel would be delivered, between 15-46pm & 16-46pm, i then recieved an email, to say the deliverey was delayed, final at 6pm my parcel had arrived. Hooray”
