I wasn't very impressed with the customer service! My delivery was due on a Saturday between 10.17am and 11.17 am. At 11.30 ! called up UKMail and was told the driver had tried to deliver but it was refused...they had the wrong door number. I asked for it to be redelivered on Monday...again I received message stating the delivery time 10.17 to 11.17am. It did not arrive. I called up in the afternoon and was told they had no record of the redelivery being scheduled?!?!? No apologies...just that they would have to reschedule and I'd have to waste another day staying in for my delivery. Not only did I pay for postage but I also lost out on some orders that I was waiting to complete! Mistakes happen and in the grand scheme of things no one died but...the lack of customer service and their un willingness to even try to help me...I was not impressed! Anita x

Never recieved my parcel!! When I contacted the seller they said the courier had delivered the order and it was signed for?? Impossible! Nobody at home til after 8pm. So either the delivery man handed it to "joe blogs" in the street or has fraudulenty signed for it himself and stolen it, either way I have paid good money for the goods and delivery service and still have nothing!! WTF! Not happy at all

Been using them for years but lately "lost" half a dozen very expensive parcels with NO pay out ! One driver left at side of house (the wrong house ) even tho I paid extra for signed for !! Lost a huge contract with top notch client because of their inept service !! I even wrote via recorded delivery to their CEO who did not reply ! Very bad service and after service !

I raised seven queries with my next day pick up and next day delivery, for two packages, one of which I finally received two weeks later. The location of the other is still unknown! The website is poor, as you cannot add any punctuation characters, which stops you cutting pasting text from other sources into your message. You are also restricted to the number of characters that you can put into the message and hence cannot get all the details in. On a the positive note I did get a full refund.

Delivery service I don't have a problem with, driver was polite and friendly. The goods however were seriously damaged , possibly due to handling at depot and we are trying to contact seller to either refund or replace.

The only positive for me is how friendly the driver is my delivery was late and nobody has responded to my email I sent poor customer service thumbs up for the driver A BIG HUGE thumbs down for the service

Collection was booked for a Friday to ensure a Saturday delivery. Driver made no attempt to collect and hence failed the service ETA. Collection was made on Monday but the delivery date was not changed to Tuesday and was held back. Was told would be pre 10:30 on the Wednesday and it didn't go out for delivery it got held back again and as such they had to get a dedicated driver to bring it. If I wanted a 3 day service I would of booked MyHermes who are 10 times more reliable

The parcel that you delivered was not the correct one. My name and address was not on the original from the seller. You incorrectly sent my parcel to another buyer and vice versa. Utterly shambolic. I now have a pile of utterly useless records and have to go through thuds process all over again. So far, terrible service.

Only received an email on the morning if the day of delivery. This is totally useless as I cannot plan to be in at such short notice. Surely a text message or email the previous day would make much more sense.

No one in at time of delivery; parcel left by doorstep and note put through door advising parcel left by doorstep! Valuable item which could have been taken by anyone visiting the house.

You did not deliver to 29 Twemlow Avenue, Poole, BH14 8AL as instructed but to 29 Orchard Avenue which runs parallel to Twemlow Avenue and then left in their Blue Recycle Bin - note in door fortunately stating this. The occupant of 29 Orchard Avenue - whom we did not know - kindly walked round with it last evening some 300 yards.

The item was supposed to be delivered Wednesday or Thursday last week and was only delivered yesterday! So, very poor service

Note popped through letterbox to say parcel was behind bins... London is not somewhere to leave things of value outside a house behind some bins!

problems with 3 parcels. first time you didn't pick up for 5 days. I had to go to the runcorn depot and then got the height of abuse for not driving in a one-way system that is not signed as such.. 2. second parcel got damage this has been returned. 3rd parcel is 24 late. But besides all that all is fine. that's down to the prozac

the delivery driver who delivered my parcel was very rude and abusive very unprofessional lm a person who has a physical disability the courier delivery person could not deliver my parcel upstairs as he was very lazy and couldn't be bothered second floor apartment when i even told him I'm physically disabled he then starts swearing and being abusive and leaves my parcels in a public place and says pick it up your self im not coming up to deliver it i was shocked at the behavior i will avoid this company at all cost as the service is poor and very unprofessional

Your driver did NOT deliver my parcel to me. He put a card through the door of number 38 and delivered the parcel to number 42 Ardneil Road, Glasgow, G51 4UQ. Even although an alternative delivery was was NOT given. Plus; my mobile number was on the parcel, he could have called me. Plus; He did NOT check with the address he did leave it at if there was a person of my name Archie Lovatt at that address. He was suposed to return the parcel to the depot and your company should await my call re; a re-delivery. Is that not correct and on your card? Soryy but you get the thumbs down from me and in the roman arena that puts you to death. Archie Lovatt 07712864889 PS and; I have NOT had a reply yet to my complaint.
