I was told my parcel was not out for delivery when calling the call centre . So, I left my home. I then received an email to say my parcel was on its way. Returned home, waited all afternoon. Look online, see that it has been delivered to a wrong address. Horrendous

Hello, Re: The Solvent Specialists Ltd: Shipment # 100000075 for Order # 100000167 I just received my order promptly. However I received a 500ML bottle and not the 2.5 Litre of solvent as ordered and charged. Grateful if you could send me the 2.5 bottle or reimburse me the difference between the two sizes? I've had no correspondence from The Solvent Specialist - there phone line is also not working. Not good. Jonathan

I would like a refund. I paid the full shipping amount to the shipper to have the package sent. I needed it to arrive in London on the weekend of June 13/14 to complete a major task for my company. After booking the shipping, the sender asked to upgrade the transport to a Saturday delivery. As it turns out, in spite of his waiting throughout the day on Friday, the Ipostparcels man never arrived. Consequently, there was no chance that I would receive the item in time. Regarding the delivery time - yes, it was nice that it came early & luckily someone was here to sign for it. But I took 2 hrs off to return to the receiving address for the delivery time that had been sent to me. I am not impressed with your service. I frequently have large packages to send & I will seek out other supplies. I will send a copy of this communication to the shipper & I would like that the full shipping amount be refunded to my PayPal account : boxolight2@hotmail.com. Lastly, it is nice that you provide the incentive to complete your questionnaire - but its a little redundant as today is June 17 & apparently, by completing this survey I will be entered in the " free draw on the 1st June to win £50 Love2Shop vouchers!" (you may want to update that- doesn't look to professional/credible as it stands. Regards Robert Leslie

Large box parcel just left on our doorstep for anyone to steal! Ridiculous service. Our neighbour spotted it and took it indoors

Your driver put a scrap of paper through my door which I have, no delivery card. It said delivery next.to bins. I went to look but no package. I complained to e bay and am awaiting an reply. I expect one.from you too please

Please note the item that I have received has my name and address on it the problem I've got is that I've not ordered this item and there is no contact details or phone number to return it , I am waiting on an item but no dought that's gone elsewhere incompetent slings to mind

dont send anything with out the labels as if a new driver turns up i will find it very hard to get it back its been 3weeks but i have not had 1 phonecall as yet

Parcel delivery was delayed and as I was having to leave the house due to lateness the parcels were left in clear view of the walking public outside my front door anyone could have taken them!

Rubbish company...they leave parcels when you have already rearranged for another day. Had one delivered today 4 hours earlier than it said it would arrive...again left & I was in!!!

second time i have used them the tracking information is not great i had an estimated time of collection they arrived 20 minutes early " could have been nobody home " like an early bus a early delivery than expected can cause problems .." the courier man was the same happy chap as always and treated the package with great care it arrived undamaged , so no complaints on that but my last parcel was damaged by interparcels insurance on it taken out but unable to claim due to no photos of the parcel arriving in Thailand in a damaged package ... . DO take care when packaging parcels or you might suffer the same issues

The three recent months, the service suffers massively. You keep loosing packages, collections and deliveries constantly delayed and the customer support service is appalling. No matter how many times we will speak to your customer service representatives, despite their promises that will come back to us with information, they have never done so. Your web portal is constantly display wrong and inaccurate information. This is very disappointing, as to begin with, we enjoyed really good service from you. But this year your collection/delivery service and your customer service in particular is extremely poor. Really sorry to see this..

First time I have booked a collection. Said they were collecting at a specified time on a Thursday but did not collect until the Monday, from a 24hr staffed reception. In previous deliveries to home, driver has dumped goods on drive, rang bell and left without knowing if anyone in. Notification system poor compared to DPD. Shame! Online query routed to UK Mail who said not their concern. Poor, especially in first use!

As we were away from home for a few days the fact that the courier left the package outside, although tucked away, was not appreciated since damage could have been caused by rainfall.

Steer clear: two apparent failed attempts to deliver. Both drivers saying no access, absolute rubbish. Was also told by advisor on phone that the hour timeslots are estimation only so it was perfectly fine that my 1130-1230 may not come till 430. How convenient for ukmail that the tracking failed at 1220. In the end I had to collect from the depot as can't trust their lying delivery drivers.

Your driver is lying as the parcel has not been delivered but has been lost. I only found out when I rang your customer care phone line to find out what is going on.
