An allocated time is messaged to you on the day of the delivery and they deliver before this time so you have to take a day off to ensure you get your parcel. I am currently awaiting my 3rd delivery from them as the previous two parcel contained glass and they have broke the goods on two separate occasions. Completely useless!

I was in the house waiting for the delivery. Your driver didn't ring the doorbell but instead decided to leave all the large parcels, containing electrical goods, outside a neighbour's opposite. The neighbour was out and found them on his return. If it had been raining everything would have been ruined. Apparently the driver signed for them under RON. The people I had bought the goods off had paid for a signature delivery from the customer. This clearly did not happen. You clearly do not care and I would not recommend you.

Appalling service! Parcel was clearly marked 4 Willowaire and it was delivered to 1 Willowaire where a very difficult neighbour lives. Is the driver an illiterate idiot??

The service stinks. Next day service is not a next day service! Prices are not as low as they would like you to believe. Don't try to contact any of unhelpful staff; they will insult you. If you speak with them they will put the phone down on you, if they don't like what they hear. You would be wrong if you think they are there to help you. In one word: "disappointing". Wouldn't touch them ever again!

Driver left parcel in recycling bin, and left a note that it was behind the bin. Good job it was not collection day, as the bins are often put out by our neighbour. I wouldn't like to have paid for a service this poor

The parcel was clearly damaged and the goods were broken, I have informed the supplier.

Items requested specifically for delivery before the weekend. They tried to pick up the parcel at the wrong time so no one was there, we had to rearrange to a time where the packages had to be left outside but there was no choice as the items were needed by the weekend. On Saturday evening I sent a complaint as the parcels still hadn't arrived, the parcels arrived three days late and after the weekend that they were specifically ordered for. It is now Tuesday and I have received an invitation to review the service but no response to my complaint.

Contents of package were both broken. End of package had been squashed of stood on.

Appalling, parcel was split into two with second one not allocated separate consignment number and consequently no one being able to track it's progress and three days of waiting for delivery so far.

I am disgusted with your service. My parcel was delayed for no reason other than it was taken to the incorrect depot. I then ask for it to be left in a safe place and printed a note for your driver to sign. However, to my astonishment the parcel was left on my doorstep!!!!!! The parcel was worth over 700 pounds and could easily been taken from my doorstep. This is not what i had been expecting and would like a refund. Regards Paul Rice

Parcel didn't arrive on scheduled date. No card left. Got tracking number from seller and looked this up on website and found parcel to be 'delayed' Called and was told it hadn't been put on the van for delivery and now wouldn't go out for yet another day. Parcel was due to arrive on 1st and didn't arrive till 7th. 2 days off work waiting at home for it. Signed up for the 'Next drop' email and text notifications, neither of which I got. All in all - pretty rubbish!

Got sent a email saying I had a DELIVERY DUE but when i clicked on the link to see its where a bouts it stated that i had already received it and also said I myself had signed for it which I did not and I had not delivery yesterday.Simple request asked for by me is " please show me my signed details you think you got from me!" Not good service in my eyes.

Hello - we did receive our parcel yesterday - 6th July. Although, we were meant to receive the parcel on the 3rd July, this did not happen. We were told the driver had tried to deliver but could not find our office address and we received no phonecall from them informing us. Instead, they just drove away. The delivery of the package was time critical, we are a theatre company and the package was a piece of the set. Really disappointing.

Our parcel should have been delivered on Monday and waited in all day. Nothing. We then wait in Tuesday. I get an email and a text both confirming delivery between 17:01 and 18:01. At around 15:00 I realised I had a missed call, called back immediately and the driver said he'd just tried to deliver it but couldn't find us and so would try the next day! Er, no! It was not my fault that he turned up hours earlier than stated and it turned out he was only two streets away. Asked him to come back immediately as there'd be no one in the following day and if he couldn't find us today what made him think he'd find us the next day? He reluctantly agreed, my husband flagged him down as he was on his way out and the driver then promptly blocked the whole road rather than park up. He just dumped a huge box into my husbands arms without asking rather than do his job and deliver it to our flat. He then drove off and when I looked at the parcel it wasn't even ours!!!!!!! Called him back and exchanged it for ours. With no paperwork being signed it makes me wonder how many parcels get misdelivered?! The following day I was driving down the high street and a man just sauntered out in front of me, on the phone, with no intention of crossing quickly. I had to hoot him as it was dangerous and then realised it was the same delivery guy!! Not very professional at all and I would be reluctant to use this company if the other drivers are anything like this one.

Attempted delivery well before the timeslot provided; card left with useless reference number stating that it was delivered to neighbour; requested redelivery was not even attempted. Worst possible service you can have.

We were very disappointed that our parcel wasn't collected on three separate occasions despite reassurance that it would be collected. There was very poor customer service and absolutely no communication or understanding as to why the driver simply didn't turn up on three separate Occasions. I took three days off work to wait for the collection and this is not acceptable.
