I got somebody else's parcel even though the box was clearly labelled with their address on the top. And my parcel has been sent to someone in York although the parcel clearly had my address written on it.

my parcel was thrown over our garden gate because I was out when the delivery came. the parcel contained 8 ceramic mugs luckily non were damaged - wholly down to good packaging from the company i ordered from and NOT from the tardy and hopeless and thoughtlessness of your delivery personnel Not impressed

Left printer on the inside of my wall. The wall is 2-3 foot in height someone could of stolen it and it rained yesterday

I received an email which didn't give me any details of what the parcel was or who it was from, no sender details etc. I tried to contact customer services to find out some detail, but could not get through to speak to anyone. When I arrived home, the tracking said they parcel had been delivered, despite that fact I wasn't there, no card was left. once again I contacted Customer Services, but got no help. I eventually found my parcel in a local shop who had kindly taken it in.

despite there been two people in the house the driver put a card through the door saying parcel he had thrown the parcel over back gate even though it was labelled up as FRAGILE very bad luckley it was only the box that was damaged

Do NOT use this useless service. I was out when delivered via a 6' gate even though a signature was required, this resulted in my newly repaired DVD recorder being wrecked. DO NOT USE

Although fragile was taped all over my parcel the contents was badly damaged and I have had to complain to the supplier.

One of the parcels I sent contained a table lamp seriously well padded and well packed polystyrene and bubble wrap inside the box The Ladie has messaged me this morning for a refund

The delivery driver left it with a random neighbour! Driver Didn't leave a note in my letter box or anything saying left it with this neighbour eg door 24. More to the point I was home expecting to the delivery as stated so there was no point leaving it with someone else!! I didn't request it to be left with a neighbour caused me grief and had to chase around n Nick at every door to see if anyone revived my parcel I will never use this service again can't get the basics right

***Exceptional Next Day Delivery*** What a shocking service, after paying for collection your company did not collect for 2 days in a row. The sender then had to take the parcel to the local depot for it to be sent to me. Even following lots of phone calls to chase by myself and the sender it still took 11 DAYS to be delivered. Fantastic service, thanks again. Money very well spent!

Awful service. Paid for special delivery and got normal delivery but only when I called twice to find out what was happening. Incompetent and very unhelpful, if you can get hold of anybody at all!

The parcel was delivered to my work place, which is on an industrial estate. There is a reception that is manned from 9-5. The driver left the parcel next to the back door and it was found almost by accident by one of my colleagues. I get parcels delivered to work so that I don't need to worry about them getting delivered properly. It's a shame that a delivery service can't deliver.

No parcel and no "you were out" card was left. Furthermore, although I am expecting several parcels at the moment, because the email you sent me doesn't specify the originator of the parcel you claim to have delivered to me today, I am not even able to take it up with original sender. All I can do is wait to see which of my parcels hasn't arrived by the end of the week, and assume it was that one that went astray today. Not much help as I'm going away at the weekend, and all the good I ordered were required for the trip. Very poor service.

Yesterday I experienced the worse customer service of my entire life from ipostparcels. I spoke to three different advisors on the phone who each followed seemingly different procedures and the first one assured the problems were sorted and I would received delivery OK. I did not ever receive my delivery in fact due to one character being wrong in the postcode ipostparcels changed THE ENTIRE ADDRESS to a totally random address and would not let me speak to a Manager or escalate the query

Your service was abysmal. The driver did not leave a card to say he had attempted a delivery. I checked on line to find out what had happened to the delivery and could see that it had been returned to your Swindon depot. My wife phoned and agreed that she would collect it from your Swindon depot on Monday 17 August. Having made the special journey, she was told that the driver had taken it to deliver at my home. She asked your employee to contact the driver to tell him that he must leave the package in the greenhouse and he said that he didn't know whether he could do that. He did in fact contact the driver, but he said that he couldn't commit to contacting her, if the driver took the delivery back to your depot, because he was "from the warehouse and might forget". The driver did leave the package at my home.

Two deliveries were booked but never turned up. I was told the driver could not find our house, though no other delivery companies have this problem. I phoned on a Monday and arranged to reschedule delivery the following Friday as I would be away. Nevertheless, a delivery was made on the Tuesday, and parcel left in our coal shed. I am not impressed with this level of service and lack of care in leaving the parcel in a shed while I was away and without my permission.,

Parcel sent 2 doors away from my property even though someone was in all day, and NO note put through door to say where it had been delivered !!!!!!!!! Its not rocket science is it.
