“Very poor service got email on the 07/09/2015 saying parcel would be delivered between 12:50 and 13:30 . Got second email saying your delivery is next. Waited in house for 3 hours and no delivery phoned company they said driver tried to deliver a total lie. I was told they would try and contact driver could I phone back in 1 hour. 1 hour later I phoned back to be told by another operator the driver cancled my delivery as it was not due until the 08/09/2015 .result of this I lost 4 hours pay at my work as I had to wait in the next day for the parcel. Would never use this company . STAY CLEAR use someone else to deliver your parcels.”

“Not great at all!! Item arrived earlier than stated which was fine, however, the box had not been looked after with the respect I'd expect from a delivery service. The box was broken, and the drum item I'd bought which was very expensive was sticking out of the box and has scratches...! It was clear the box had been thrown about, the item was really well packed so it must have taken a great amount of force for it to break out of the box. Not happy at all!!”

“Slow delivery - item had to be chased up. Was only informed of delivery time a few hours before delivery. Courier left item value over £100 by the side of a bin at the front of the house. Also there were no contact numbers.”

“Got delivered to wrong address and did not receiver. No phone call nothing!!!!! Could not contact Abingdon as number does not work rubbish service. In the end I had to collect it myself in person travelling 1hr 20 mins. Would never recommend this service to anyone!!!!!!”

“Just left the parcel on the doorstep in full view of anyone using the footpath and playing field!! No attempt to hide in recycling bin or bush, no attempt to deliver to a neighbour (both sides were in!) and no card through the door to say it had been left on doorstep. Luckily the next door neighbour saw the courier "drop and run" and went out to retrieve the parcel....who knows if it would have been there when I got home 7 hours later if they hadn't!!!”

“Driver delivered one signed for item on Wednesday and left it next to my bin without a signature. Delivered this item the one for the review on Thursday another sign for item and threw it over my back fence and the the package it was labeled fragile. The package split and it was raining as well. The goods inside were all ruined and they are sweet cones for my sons birthday. I am now awaiting a replacement hopefully before the party on Sunday, and yes they are going to use Royal Mail this time. I have photo proof of the card left both times that say over fence and next to bin.”

“The items were just dumped on the doorstep. The doorbell was not even rung although someone was at home. Luckily the items were spotted by somebody working in the garden. Very poor.”

“your driver deliverd my parcel to the wrong flat it was clearly labeled to my address but he left it outside the door of flat 14 your tracking said left in porch but flats dont have a porch on the second floor i did get my parcel only because i saw it dumped at the wrong flat any one could have picked it up .poor driver probley got so many drops did not read label right not a very good service regards g.newman.”

“The whole service is just a dis-organised joke I was informed by email ON THE TRACKING that the parcel had been delivered. WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP. I WAS SAT IN ALL DAY AS I AM OFF WORK AT THE MOMENT. So i know for sure IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. TO TOP IT ALL I EVEN SENT YOU AN EMAIL LAST NIGHT TELLING YOU THIS - ONLY FOR YOU TO SEND ME THIS STUPID EMAIL ASKING ME TO RATE YOUR SRVICE. well its CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP AND DISORGANISED IF YOU DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING ALSO YOUR PRIZE DRAW YOU ARE ENTERING PEOPLE IN ON THE 1st JUNE HAS GONE ANOTHER JOKE OR IS THIS A SCAM”
